Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Grant County

3/25-3/29 2025 This was a birthday trip for a set of 10 year old twins and let me just say, our trip couldn’t have been better. From the moment we walked inside and saw the extra special touches that were waiting for the girls with the balloons and sweet message written on the fridge. The home felt very homey and clean. It was everything that was described. We spent our days at the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum (which we highly recommend doing both) and this beautiful home is right in between both places so it wasn’t a very far drive. After long days of walking, it was so nice to be able to come back and relax in the hot tub. There was also what we assumed to be the sweetest neighborhood cat that came to visit us each day, which the kids loved. Overall this was a wonderful trip that we all enjoyed very much. We didn’t have any problems or issues so we had no reason to contact the host (Julie) but there’s no doubt in my mind that if we did need to she would’ve responded promptly.

Hot Tub Haven was wonderful!! We stayed to be half way closer to newport for our toddlers birthday to take her to the aquarium. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the games available. also loved the toddler amenities as well!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. We were able to have a cozy galentine's day get together with plenty of space and a delightful location. Brad and Meg were quick to respond and happy to accommodate anything I needed, which was so helpful. We're already talking about booking again when the weather is warm- we love it here! 5 stars, no notes for this stay :)

Every detail was as described. The place has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving here and couldn’t ask for more. The kitchen has all the utensils needed and then some. The bathrooms were spacious and well stocked with clean towels and wash cloths. The bedrooms were cozy and had extra blankets. To top it off, the view is very nice. We would recommend this place.

I have stayed at numerous Air BnB’s and this place was awesome. Great communication with Jennifer (host) and the place was better than expected!!! Behind a locked gate, beautiful surroundings, very clean, and the game room was the icing on the cake!! The beds, all furniture, and amenities were 5 stars.

The house was beautiful. Our kids loved the game room! We came to the area for The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum. We had a great time and were happy to have a nice house to call home for the week. We would definitely stay there again.

We traveled to KY to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. This was the perfect spot between both places to stay. Everything was SUPER clean!!! Lots of quiet and privacy. Literally a one lane road to get to the house! We would highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area!

House is nice and clean. It is wonderful that the host placed Scriptures in the whole house. God bless!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Springer House. The view is incredible and the little balcony overlooking the river was a treat. The large dining room table was perfect for playing cards, games, and catching up with each other. We were a group of 8 (4 adults 4 kids) and the space was very accommodating for two couples and kids. Our kids had their own space to hang out with a kitchen and bathroom in the back, while we enjoyed living room in the front. Highly recommend this stay and looking forward to booking again for our next family gathering!

The river view apartment in New Richmond was absolutely stunning. The host was super kind and even came right over to help us work the fireplace. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Stephanie’s place was perfect for us! She was great at communicating with us and presenting us with a well kept area!

We had a great evening. The atmosphere was warm and invited. The beds were so comfy! Great restaurants all within walkable distance!

Had an amazing time. We stayed here for my wife's birthday. We walked in and they had flowers and a card saying happy birthday for my wife. The place was beautiful and peaceful. Quick walking distance to everything. Thank you so much Kaylee!
