Vacation rentals with a patio in Granelli

a bright, light appartement. I loved the terrace with early morning sun. the bed was good. on walking distance from the beach club, where they serve fresh food. this was a tip from our host. we went in november, so it was very quiet.

Two couples had the pleasure to share this apartment in mid-September for one week, and we loved it! The apartment itself is beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated, featuring stunning artwork that adds a unique charm. It is also very well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including comfortable beds. The **location** is absolutely perfect, with all major sites within walking distance and a fantastic selection of restaurants nearby. The star of the stay was our **exceptional host, Elisa** always quick to assist with any questions or concerns, whether it was about the apartment or local touring information. We really appreciated her friendly and attentive hospitality! Overall, this place is a gem. **Highly recommended** – do not hesitate to book! Note: as with all centrally located apartments, parking can be a bit of a challenge in high season, so have some patience with finding a spot and think of all the extra steps you’ll get in!

Great apartment and a short walk to Ortigia. Friendly neighbourhood with a good choice of cafes and local shops. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Andrea is a great host and very responsive. Modica, Ragusa and Noto are all worth a visit. Free car parking can be found in the nearby streets.

Rosa rents two lovely, spacious, second floor apartments with lots of windows and natural light. There are good views in several directions and a small balcony with table and chairs. The kitchen had plenty of space for cooking, and it was very helpful to have a washer & dryer for laundry (once we figured out how they work). The apartment is perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk or less to the Duomo and pedestrian-only district, with many restaurants to choose from. There are two very nice restaurants straight across the street also. We found free parking about 1/4 mile away, based on Rosa’s recommendation. Rosa was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and welcoming and made sure that we had everything that we needed. She made our stay special. We highly recommend staying at her place and would definitely stay here again ourselves. Ragusa Ibla is a very interesting town to explore. Also, we recommend the climb up the stairs up to Ragusa Superiore for amazing views.

Mauro and Gianfranco are great hosts, very flexible and responsive. Their websites gave us excellent tips on what to do in Ragusa, since we didn't have much time. The room is bright and friendly.

Our stay at Francesco's place was fantastic. We were greeted with almonds from our own garden, the house was totally beautiful, clean and well equipped. We would love to stay longer and would come back anytime.

Vincenzo and his wife were extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire stay. They welcomed me as a friend and took good care of their Airbnb. The home has a modern amenities and plenty of space to park a car. The area around Gallina has a lot of swimming options and the house is a few minutes to the highway if you want to go north to Catania or Siracusa or south to Modica and Scicli.

Quiet and rustic property with several apartments and beautiful pool which, however, was not lit and only accessible until 19:00. Fortunately, the place was air conditioned at the end of August and generally very clean. Arrival is only possible with a car, but there is a free parking space.

Great stay, very spacious apartment very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, it was like being at home, very kind and helpful host...we hope to go back... soon!!

Location is exceptional. We went with a baby and a toddler , this couldn’t have been a better spot for a hassle free beach vacation in Sicily . Excellent view . Plenty of kids for ours to play with, plenty of toys to use at the beach , a minute away to go grab a bite or a beer from the beach. There were a few minor issues but Irene (cohost) was able to help us immediately. Couldn’t recommend more

Claudio was incredibly attentive to all our needs. He generously provided us with delicious fruits from his small orchard and guided us to the freshest fish from the morning’s catch. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A car is necessary, and there’s gated parking available. Thank you!

This apartment is really fabulous. It is nicer than the images can show. We stayed longer than planned because we felt really good there. And it’s only a short walking distance to the center of town and all its restaurants and bars. We can only recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It’s private and quiet yet within a short drive to the Noto city center, beach, and other towns. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate. Highly recommend this villa!

Gabriele was a friendly and welcoming host, I found a tray of butter cookies to accompany my stay. House is new, American fridge dispensing water and ice. The Wi-Fi is amazing speed, I worked remotely without having any hitch. The house is located in the second historic center of the city, just 4 minutes on foot, you can admire the painting of Caravaggio (Michelangelo Merisi), the Paolo Orsi museum, the Greek theater and archaeological park and just an 8-minute walk you can reach the historic center of Ortigia. Nearby there are also more than 2 supermarkets where you can buy everything. If I have to go back to Syracuse, I will definitely stay at Cappero Home.

We really enjoyed our time in Ortigia at Jessica’s apartment. It is situated in a lovely area, close to the seafront and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The double bed was also very comfortable. Shower pressure is a little low but I think that may be a general issue in Ortigia. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and left some helpful items in the kitchen like bottles of water, coffee capsules, oil, salt and pepper.

Lucia s place is so unique . It’s the family home that she so kindly gave to stay . The space was amazing . Lots of room , we felt so at home . The apartment is next to the duomo and in one of the nicest areas in Ortigia. Lucia herself was so helpful with ideas and suggestions . Also loved the way she wrote about the home , and the town. Every small thing we needed was there and she also put up a gorgeous Christmas tree for us . All in all a super stay and totally recommend Lucia’s place as the best place to be in

Sara’s place was lovely….looks just like the photos. The outdoor patio was perfect for drinks and dinner. The location is GREAT! Sara was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. She found an excellent private chef, Marcello, for a birthday celebration dinner on the outdoor patio. She made a point to great us at check in and acquaint us with the condo. I highly recommend Sara’s condo for your stay in Ortigia….you won’t be disappointed!

The accommodation was better in real life than in the pictures, great to have such a large terrace with sun all day in the middle of town. The beds and sofa were comfortable and the home was tastefully decorated with the small details that made it homey. It was close to everything and several pizzerias and restaurants right nearby with high ratings. Both check in and check out were flexible and we had our wishes met. We also got quick answers and help on what we had questions about. We will definitely visit this home again on our next trip to Siracusa. Many thanks for these great days. Observe at the top of the house and several stairs, but it was worth each other steps!

Lovely apartment, very spacious - would recommend. Great location right by the market and some great bars & restaurants (you will hear some early morning noise, so pack some earplugs!). Good, proactive comms from the host and a very friendly welcome.

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
