Clean accommodation, with all the necessities including sopalin. toilet paper, shower products, sheets, towels at no extra charge. A little extra: welcome treats! Very nice harbor view. Close to Saint Malo and Mt Saint Michel. Parking on the street is sometimes difficult. Responsive Host.

very very good weekend, relaxing with beautiful views of the sea and the wonderful beach. the apartment is cozy and well furnished, the kitchen has everything you need. everything is very clean. very quiet residence. very available host. i really recommend this rental.

We were delighted to find Luc's apartment again, warm and with all the necessities. The location is perfect (central, good restaurants nearby, walks...), and you don't get tired of the view of the port! Luc is responsive and accommodating, it helped us a lot.

Excellent studio. Very clean and functional. Close to shops even if at that time of the year few shops and restaurants open. But the highlight is the view of the entire beach and at the foot of the building. Negatives on the 4th floor without an elevator. But after effort, the comfort the sea ....

Excellent family stay. The house, perfectly renovated and equipped, has stunning views of St Malo. Sam was very responsive in answering our practical questions. We would be tempted to come back in the warm season to enjoy the terrace and access to the beach

Tastefully restored small fisherman's house. Small garden in the back for quiet lunch. 3 minutes away from the peaceful harbor. And good advice from Mina for markets and restaurants .

You can sail 30 minutes from Cancale, St Malo, Dinard and 15 minutes from Dinan, perfect! Thanks for the good bottle of Cider when you arrive! We would recommend this listing!

Very good weekend in this beautiful apartment very well located with a beautiful environment and views. Everything was impeccable, we slept well there. Beautiful beaches nearby. A good exchange with Julien also and thank you for accepting our two small dogs and for the little touches to the welcome.

We had a fantastic time at Dominique’s place! The house is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located to explore St. Malo and the surrounding area. Dominique was an incredibly kind and welcoming host, always available for any questions and making sure everything went smoothly. Check-in and communication were seamless, and we genuinely appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

The apartment is very nicely decorated and is right opposite a shell beach. However, you can't bathe there. It is about 10-15 minutes by car to the beach. In the apartment you will find everything you need. It is ideally located for excursions, e.g. to St. Malo or Mont St Michel. However, it is also exactly on the thoroughfare, so it is very noisy from time to time, which did not disturb us. All in all very good and very friendly hosts

Bright, clean, well-equipped and good location. Comfortable bedding. A downside for those who sleep with the window open: noisy neighborhood, party people, delivery trucks. Otherwise, window closed, sound insulation ok. Free parking on Avenue des Terre neuviers, 8 minutes walk. Great hosting.

Great location on the sea front, 10 minutes away (walking) from intramuros. Very quiet appartment with all you need for a comfortable stay. Marie-Claire welcomed us with great recommendations about the neighbourhood and we felt at home right away. Strongly recommended!
