An ideal house for families with children. The house, pool, and garden were absolutely clean and well-maintained. Nothing was missing. The house is located directly on the beach (2 minutes). The Diamond Center is a 10-15 minute walk. If I travel to Martinique again, I will book this house again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house nestled in the middle of greenery. It feels like hanging, facing the sea. The view is amazing! We had a great time. We were two families with 3 toddlers. The pool is well separated from the rest of the house, which is great in terms of safety. Thanks to Sonia, the concierge who was always responsive and had good advice.

We spent 13 days at this facility. The host was very helpful and responsive in their responses. Both for check-in and checkout was very flexible, with times. Given the late arrival time, he made us find something to eat. The property is as shown in the photos and has a well-equipped kitchen. The garden is very well cared for as well as the pool area. The area is very peaceful. A small beach and restaurant are a 5-minute walk away. Being animal lovers, we appreciated the company of the friendly cat who now belongs to the place. I highly recommend it!

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

We loved the location and the house! We celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable for 7 of us. The space was well appointed and easy to get to almost anything. We would highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to stay. The Villa was lovely, and beautifully presented and really had everything you needed, not to mention the lovely pool. It was quiet and felt very private with a good sized garden. The location could not have been better - 2 mins to the beach and a lovely walk on it to the local town. There were some lovely restaurants nearby to walk to, but also some only 5 minutes away in the car. Evelyn, could not have been more helpful of generous and nothing seemed too much trouble, with any questions or problems sorted out immediately. My family are insisting they want to go there again! What a treasure this house is - we loved being right on the water, but also able to walk to a delicious boulangerie a 1 minute walk away and a decent grocery store a 2 minute walk away. And a great restaurant across the street! The AC worked great, and we found the location to be ideal for exploring the Anse d'Arlet area as well as further sights like Clement at the Jardin de Balatin (although rush hour traffic through FdF can triple your travel time, so plan during off-peak hours). Sandra was very communicative and attentive. We loved bobbing in the ocean out front, the water was pretty calm, but Beryl hit at the end of our stay and I'm not sure what condition the beach is in now. The kitchen could use a few extra tools but I will let Sandra know. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning villa in Martinique. The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking, and having a private pool made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. Each bedroom had its own en-suite, which was perfect for both comfort and privacy. Johannes and Steffi were exceptional hosts—thoughtful, responsive, and full of great local tips that made our stay even more special. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway with a touch of Caribbean charm, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time. The house is very pleasant to stay in because each couple has their privacy. It is high up with a beautiful view of the cove. The house is very close to the beach (attention at the top of a significant climb for children and people with reduced mobility). The house is quite well equipped. There is nothing to complain about the state of cleanliness. Charlotte was great! This house meets all the features for a great stay without a second thought!

You can stay at Armelle's without a second thought. An exceptional welcome (meal prepared for our arrival + essential groceries that awaited us in the fridge). The house has a lot of charm, with elegant decor. The terrace area with the living room and pool is just exceptional. Armelle is very kind, accommodating, and the house is a little paradise. We will come back to it with great pleasure!

Agnes gave us a great welcome, in view of the situation in Martinique to get supplies on a Sunday, she had anticipated everything and we thank her. The house is very spacious, well-equipped, clean and very pretty! The pool reflects what was offered and suited us perfectly! The location is great, not far on foot from the center of Diamant, the market and the beaches. We recommend it 100% for family travel even with a baby because the pool and house are very well served and secure! Thanks again Agnès!

We had a great stay at Line-Rose’s house. We had everything we needed there and really enjoyed the pool and peaceful backyard. We liked that we could walk to the beach or to the village of Sainte-Anne for groceries. The beautiful beach of Les Salines wasn’t a far drive either. This was a perfect spot for a beach vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa. Everything is as described. Close to amenities and in a quiet area. The place is really great. The host was super welcoming and full of good advice. I can wholeheartedly recommend this listing!

Fantastic and unbelievable stay 🤩🥳 The only constructive feedback would be to have more paper towel, scott towels and garbage bags avail for the duration of the stay but absolutely not a big deal The villa is impressive and exactly what you see in the pictures I would highly recommend

Beautiful villa with choice location in Diamant to enjoy the beach in an intimate way. Dorothée was very attentive to allow us a nice stay (example: providing toilet paper, cleaning products) because the basic amenities are not provided for the entire stay. You can hear the waves and it only takes a 5-minute walk (250 m) from the villa to reach Diamant Beach. Please note, the waves can be very intense for younger children. On the other hand, for our older children (7-10 years old), they loved this beach for body surfing. Note: the water heater runs on solar energy. Even when the weather was nice, there was often a lack of hot water for our group of 6, despite the fact that we took very short showers. We had a pleasant stay and the outdoor terrace was really beautiful with a breathtaking view of Mount Larcher.
