Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Grand Union Canal

My hostess was Jane, James' mother. She was absolutely lovely and made me feel completely at home. The manor house is full of history and has been lovingly restored by Jane and her late husband. Jane is a font of knowledge on the history of the house of which she is rightly proud. The gardens are beautiful, containing many rare species and in June must be spectacular with the roses in full bloom. I was lucky enough to be able to watch an amazing play about Shakespeare's women in the Manor barn as Jane's guest during my stay. The village itself is also beautiful, with a local pub just a short stroll away and an award winning pub in a neigbouring village 5 mins drive or 40 mins walk.

Me and my daughter really loved our stay. Shame it was only for 1 night. It was a short notice booking and Beverly was flexible about our check in time. We really had the best sleep on the comfiest bed . The house is full of charm and both of them made us feel so welcome oh and not forgetting the gorgeous Florence the doodle. I enjoyed having breakfast and having a chat with Beverly. We would definitely go back next time I’m in Moulton.

Staying at Kathryn's place was a pure pleasure. Situated in a very quiet and restful area, it offers a full view of a blossoming garden and is just a five-minute walk from a beautiful canal. Upon entering, you're immediately enveloped by a warm, homely atmosphere, complemented by Kathryn's welcoming demeanor. Breakfast is served generously, keeping you satisfied for most of the day. I highly recommend this place to any visitor to the Oxford area.

Great place, great location easy to walk anywhere. The place is very convenient, comfortable and incredibly clean. Feels so good to stay there. Billy has a lot of dedication to hosting.

I needed a place to stay as I was working at a local running event nearby with my daughter. Dawn and her family welcomed us and were very attentive. I’m gutted we didn’t have more time to spend with them as it was almost a flying visit and they were very kind and offered us various snacks etc. We highly recommend staying at their place and would not hesitate booking again when in Bedford. Kamna and Chris were excellent hosts! From my arrival to the end of my stay, they really made me feel welcome and comfortable in their home. The room was large and well-furnished, the bathroom was clean, and breakfasts were delicious. As a student moving to Oxford, I could not have found a better place to land before moving into my permanent residence - I greatly enjoyed my conversations with them, they had great advice on living in Oxford, and their pets are adorable.

I've stayed here a few times now and every time it's clean, relaxing and a convenient stay for me. Thank you.

Lucy was a lovely host, i arrived earlier and she let me leave my bags and grab the keys. The room was warm and had a comfortable big bed. Just what I needed for a short stay.

Tony and Helen were were kind and caring even if we didn’t get the chance of meeting in person. I found the place in very good condition, all furniture looks new and everything was very clean. They also provided some food for breakfast, including some milk which I appreciated. Comfort of the bed was ok. Thank you!

The hosts were very kind and welcoming during my stay! I was not around often as I had a full conference day, but they provided anything I could possibly need and communicated well, despite issues I had with my own technology as I travelled.

The hosts, Christine and Gary, are the nicest and most helpful hosts you can imagine. The house and apartment are just beautiful, tasteful and freshly renovated. Breakfast is excellent with home baked bread, fresh fruits and everything you wish for. Though it is a bit of the City Centre, you can easily get there by bus directly and your hosts are even helpful with commuting difficulties. A quiet and homely place. I strongly recommend this excellent B & B.

I thought my stay at Bianca’s house was fantastic with some great conversation as well as looking after anything I needed. I would recommend this Airbnb option to anyone who is looking to stay in Oxford with easy access to the town Centre and colleges.

Staying at Peronel’s is a lovely and peaceful experience. The bedroom is superbly appointed with a really comfortable bed and tasteful bed linen. The bathroom is spotless, so, too, the kitchen. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. I cannot recommend Peronel’s Air BnB offering highly enough.

Lovely place to stay in the heart of this quaint cottage box village. The hosts were very welcoming and our room was clean with what looked to be a recently installed ensuite. Good gin selection too :-)
