Houseboat vacation rentals in Grand Paris

Thank you Borislava and Phillipe what wonderful hosts! True Air BnB experience and everything is accurately described in their post. My 7 year old son wanted to stay in a boat house and though I think he thought he could drive the boat he was still happy! The stay would have been easier if we had a car and not so much luggage with us - as accurately described the place is more suited for a couple, not a family of four but we knew this. it's also a 20 minute walk to station and some days were freezing. my youngest still doesn't know how to ride a bike but my son and I did and it was so much fun and great to be able to borrow their bikes. Everything we needed we found in the accommodation. So cute. A much better experience than commercial Air bnbs. thank you to Borislava and Phillipe. Staying here made our family trip feel truly special! I would highly recommend the riverboat to anyone. Why stay in a characterless hotel when you can sip wine on the rooftop of the riverboat at night. This should be self evident but this is definitely a boat, one member of our party did get a little sea sick. The river traffic stops late at night making sleeping easy but be prepared for some gentle rocking in the day and until tourboats stop around 10pm. It was also summer and mosquitoes were pretty bad so pack some bug spray. Overall, very much a 5-Star stay and everyone (even the seasick person) agree we would come back.

A great stay in an atypical and very pleasant place, quiet and close to nature. The boat seemed bigger than pictured. Very nice neighbors, all shops and transport easily accessible, very interesting value for money. And finally, Florence was 1 very pleasant host in every way. I would recommend this place without reservations.

Above all, I was looking for the proximity to the leisure base of the cherry port because we had an evening in the Christopher Columbus room and we wanted to walk home: beyond the practical side of the situation of the accommodation, we were charmed by this atypical studio in a houseboat! A real change of scenery without traveling 😉 stay to be redone on sunny days to also enjoy the outdoor spaces 😊 Valerie was very responsive in our exchanges and very accommodating for the arrival time.

unique airb&B, sleeping on a boat on the Seine! Was cozy and clean. Too bad it was winter because the outdoor terrace also looked very appealing. It is a quiet,safe neighborhood, with little entertainment. But the next stop on the metro line, la Defence, is well equipped. It is also possible to make your own tea,coffee. Refrigerator available. A special place, recommended!

We had a great stay, the welcome was excellent. Our Hosts were kind and friendly. We will only remember the positive of this stay, which is too short for our taste. We will come back for sure. Thanks to Judy and Rudy for everything!

Clear instructions for our arrival, very good impression upon arrival on the houseboat, comfortable and friendly place. Have a great family New Year's Eve at Bertrand's!

The accommodation offered is great and enjoyed the whole group we were. Despite the bad weather on the weekend, we had a lot of fun being on board the houseboat. Access was therefore a little complicated because it was slippery, especially since one of the guests was on crutches, something not planned at the time of booking. However, the accommodation is perfectly as described, the environment is very pleasant and public transport nearby allows access to central Paris in less than1 hour. There's nothing missing on board, space, or gear . Really exotic and very, very pleasant weekend.
