Good place to stay. Great value for the amenities. Would stay there again.

Caitlin's place was perfect for us. It was downtown and walkabe to everything we needed. The apartments were easily accessible and clearly marked. Parking onsite and safe and secure bike storage provided. It was amazingly quiet for a single building with multiple units. Caitlin responds to questions and requests in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable older home close to downtown and shopping and restaurants. Lovely backyard area for eating outside and lounging. Quiet neighborhood.

The unit was exactly as described. I felt right at home and was impressed with the host’s responsiveness. A manager lives onsite and was able to promptly help me with a TV issue. I would definitely stay again.

Caitlin’s place was great! It was squeaky clean, comfortable, and in a great part of town. I was only there for one night, but it was in a perfect location. Walkable to some restaurants and to Bestslope coffee (highly recommend). Thanks for the hospitality!

The place was great! We had a party of 12 people and fit everyone comfortably, everything was clean and the space was larger than expected!

We loved it so much. It was beautiful, historic, convenient, homey and spacious. The whole family got together, but we all had our own spaces to retreat to. It was everything we needed.

Loved Nicole’s place! This was our first time in Fruita and we absolutely loved it. The place was exactly what we needed for our weekend in town. Check in and out were a breeze and easy parking. It’s part of a multi unit building, but the unit itself feels super private. It was stocked with exactly what we needed and very clean. Loved the cute coffee mugs! Location can’t be beat- walkable to all the great restaurants/breweries on Mulberry & Aspen. Nicole was a fantastic host, super communicative with fast and proactive communication. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Nicole was very accommodating. We came into town for a funeral and she let us check in early to get ready for the funeral and spend some time with the family. Nicole was an incredible host!

Super cute apartments to stay in. Wish we would have been able to stay longer! Great kitchen and a cute neighborhood. Very quick to respond and helpful. My daughter accidentally left her baby doll behind and Sabrina quickly tracked down the doll and shipped it to us immediately. Saved the day!!

I always enjoy staying at Ryan and Jo’s airbandb. They are extremely responsive and the apartment is very comfortable.

Bev's place is located on a hill with a very nice view of the morning sunrise. We spent several mornings and evenings sitting on the patio relaxing in prep for or following our daily strenuous activities. The location is away from the busyness of Grand Junction but close enough to access whatever you need. The pictures accurately reflect the property...just be aware that there is no oven which was not a big deal for us. Laundry is available in the unit. Even though we had temps in the 80s, the property was nice and cool without running the available air conditioning. If you're looking for a place to veg-out during your down time but be accessible to the activities around GJ, you can't beat this one.

Alicia’s place was very nice! It was easy to find and very peaceful. I booked here because I am traveling with a dog, the pet policy here is no pets on any furniture which would be good to know when booking. All in all, it was perfect for a quick overnight.

We loved Jessica's place. It was a llittle small for our 30 day stay, but it had everything we needed. Jessica was awesome and very helpful. We would definitely recommend it.

Finding Clarissa's place was a blessing for us. We were in a tough situation and needed a place close to the Hospital and it was a blessing to have found this place. The space felt like a home away from home.

Susan was a great host. We reached there at night time so could not meet with her in person. Next day before leaving, she came to us and engaged in a communication. She sounded very friendly even provided us with local recommendations for restaurant and places to visit. I would recommend anyone visiting the area to consider staying here.
