Waterfront vacation rentals in Grand Island

This was such a unique Air BnB and one of the most charming we have ever stayed at! The decor was early 20th century Parisian and offered beautiful spots indoors for cute pictures! I had no idea it was a local famous AirBnB! I booked it based on price and proximity to the Falls! Not even a 1mile directly from the front door to Maid of the Mist. It was so convenient to park on the street for free (observe her guidance for street parking!) There were several tasty restaurants near by all walkable and easy to get on the main road to go to Wegmans or Walmart. And if you’re a runner make sure to bring your running shoes. Trails easily accessible from her front porch! Shelia herself was very sweet! We saw her on the way out due to us arriving late and needing to let ourselves in. Enjoy her collage artworks too which are throughout! Her artistic abilities create the most beautiful Air BnB!

We had a wonderful visit and can't say enough nice things about Lillian's place. The neighborhood is amazing - the leaves had changed and it was easy to walk a short distance for a coffee or to duck into a few shops. Lillian was very communicative and the apt was perfect. Clean, well appointed and perfect for our visit. We would stay there again in an heartbeat.

During our extended weekend getaway, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional accommodations we found. The house was aesthetically pleasing and exuded a cozy ambiance throughout. There were no notable issues with the property, and the access to the house was convenient. The private driveway provided ample parking, and the proximity to attractions was highly advantageous. Upon our return to Niagara Falls, we are confident that we will once again choose to book again.

The unit was just as advertised. Joel was responsive when we needed something. We needed to come a day early and stay a day longer. My wife doesn’t do stairs well, but we knew that going in.

I had an amazing experience staying at Eda’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Eda and Orcun were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making my trip stress-free. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Thorold. I can’t wait to return.

Spectacular... The views of the Niagara river from most of the rooms was amazing. The master bedroom has views of the water while laying in bed. Radiant heated floors. We walked around in socks all the time with warm floors. Need to get this for my house. The outdoor hot tub was a treat. Can sit in the tub and just watch the water flow by. For those who walk, we walked up river about 3-4 miles to the bridge and back. Nice wide walking or biking paths. The local bars and restaurants that we visited were filled with friendly Bills fans even though we walked in with Patriots shirts. Nobody was rude and we all had laughs and a good time. The house is pristine, clean and well stocked. I will rebook in the future. This is a hidden gen. PS. the police station is a stone throw away...no problem leaving the car doors unlocked. Very safe house.

Far’s place was just as advertised and was a great home-base for our girls weekend in Niagara. The chilly weather was more bearable with the hot tub and the kitchen and living areas were great for hanging out and chatting. There were lots of towels and instructions for things around the house. Lots of parking as well. Overall a great stay :)

Staying at this beach house was absolutely amazing! The views of the lake from almost every room in the home was truly incredible. So peaceful and calming. The home is very clean with lots of space to cozy up and spend time together. The host Brittany is responsive and kind. She answered our questions that came up throughout the weekend in a timely manner. The wifi didn’t seem to have a strong connection for our phones- when I informed the host, she mentioned this is not normal and she would be looking into it to remediate. Easy check out instructions. Overall, we had a beautiful stay at this beach house and would return again in a heart beat. Beautiful memories for our family.

A Comforting Stay at Joanne's Lake View Property We recently stayed at Joanne's beautiful lake view property during a difficult time for our family, as we were in town for my father-in-law's funeral. We were truly grateful for the comfort and space the house provided. With six bedrooms and six bathrooms, everyone had their own privacy, but we also enjoyed gathering in the spacious living areas. The stunning lake views created a peaceful atmosphere that helped us reflect and share memories. Joanne was incredibly kind and supportive, checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more comforting. In a time of sadness, Joanne's property felt like a refuge for our family, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to be together. We highly recommend it!

The house was super clean bright and cute decor. Had plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. Loved the patio view out front and the peaceful and private back yard! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Location near waterside. Rooms are a bit smaller than expected. Kitchen was well equipped. The host was very responsive. Was welcomed with a beautiful christmas tree that made the kids really happy. Overall we had a good stay.

Right up front, let me just say that this condo is spectacular. Great location. Beautifully renovated. Unbelievable value. Salvatore was communicative and responsive leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. A wonderful host! Although I was a little skeptical when I first pulled down the street as the area is somewhat depressed - don't be discouraged. The neighborhood was quiet and the local restaurants were wonderful. I hope some of the other commercial establishments start to fill up again as it really is a great area. We crossed back and forth several times over the border without any delay. I would definitely recommend this spot for people wanting to visit Buffalo - although it's over the border it's so quick and easy and convenient. Also, the place was stunning! So beautifully restored and the pictures accurately captured the space. I know we'll be back in Buffalo in the spring/summer and we'll definitely stay in Fort Erie again. I hope the condo continues to be available.

Great inexpensive stay in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. The building and the rooms are outdated, but very clean and equipped with modern TV, coffee machine and more. Great deal for the price to stay downtown NOTL.
