Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Grand County

Great place for a my mountain bike crew to stay for a few days and get some riding in. Close enough to all the trails but just outside of the busy down town. Great host that responds fast and tires care of anything that comes up. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location. Two adult couples occupied the space. Each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Neighborhood is quiet and the fire station is right next door. We did see red lights one night, but they must be respectful of the neighborhood and not run with sirens on. The main thoroughfare is a block or two. Most anything is walkable. We had an issue with the septic while we were there. One call to Stephanie and it was handled. Perfect response. Overall a wonderful visit and we would rent again.

We had a great stay in Moab! The place worked well for our group and was comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked.

The condo was bigger than we realized and had easy access to everything we wanted to see in Moab and the surrounding area.

This place is amazing I loved it, it really made my trip a great one. Destiney keeps this place spotless and has everything you need. The location was perfect I loved being able to walk wherever I needed to go. Not sure if we lucked out with quiet neighbors but we didn’t hear them at all, and the sound of the main road isn’t bothersome at all I found it peaceful like white noise and there were no loud sounds from the road or the town. I would 100% want to stay here again if I have the chance to come back to Moab.

Beautiful 2 bed 2.5 bathroom house. Beautiful surroundings. Clean. 2 Parking spots available. Easy to find. Clear instructions. Peter responds pretty quickly for anything needed. Has patio with a hottub. Overall a great experience.

Stayed for the weekend. Location is walkable to town and very quiet. Has everything you need to be comfortable and returning to the hot tub in the evening is an added bonus. Helene was wonderful and incredibly responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Came here with two families and it was perfect! Nice to have games and toys for the kiddos, plus different ways to listen to music, and of course the location was incredible. Everything was clean, beds were comfy — Would love to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this immaculate home! The house was spotless and exceeded our expectations with many thoughtful amenities, including bath towels, pool towels, and even shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom—things we didn't expect but truly appreciated. The owner was very responsive when we reported the hot tub was broken, though unfortunately, we weren't able to use it during our stay. The cable in the master bedroom also didn't work, which I am sure it is an easy fix, but it did not affect our stay. Overall, it was a lovely and well-equipped place! Highly recommended!

Condo was great, clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub was great after a day of hiking. Justin was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked, living area and bedrooms were very comfortable. We appreciated the book with local hiking recommendations.

Great place, close to the main street in Moab, very convenient with good parking

The place was a great base for a week of mountain biking in the Green River area. Lots of parking, the garage access/storage was super helpful, and the house was comfortable and well-appointed for our group.

We had an awesome time at this place! It looks exactly like the photos and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning. It's close to many of the main Moab attractions and the neighborhood was well kept and quiet! This was also by far the most well stocked vacation rental we've stayed in. There were baby/pet supplies, extra blankets and pillows, games, and last but certainly not least: almost every kitchen item you could possibly need (including many basic cooking staples)! The hosts were responsive and kind - they even helped us navigate a tricky hot tub situation. Even their chosen cleaning crew was kind enough to make a return trip to search for a missing wallet! Would definitely recommend this spot and will be staying here again if we ever return to Moab! :)

We stayed with Todd for our first stop in Utah we were visiting arches and Canyonlands. The house is an hour away from arches, but the drive was easy and nice. The house was just like pictures. It was cozy and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of pods and seasonings which made it super easy since we were cooking everyday. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit. Thank you Todd!

This condo was a great value - lots of space, perfect for families, and in a quiet location. The washer/dryer and complex’s hot tub made it further stand out from other listings. I would stay here again.

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. It’s minimalist but has everything you need - including very comfy beds. We felt very at home and would definitely stay here again.

Melissa's place is in a very convenient location. It had everything we needed. The communal pool and hot tub was a much needed amenity after a long day of hiking. Our group of 6 had more than enough room to gather and have alone time in the airbnb.

This isn't just a generic Airbnb. Charles is a true host and cares about his guest having the best time. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best stay and everything we needed was there. It was a great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone.

The condo was perfect for the four of us! We enjoyed the pool every afternoon. Condo is close to downtown Moab restaurants and activities, and convenient to Arches and highway 191. Definitely recommend it!

Good location, 15 minutes from Arches National Park. Had what we needed at a great price. Josh was very responsive.
