Was the perfect place to stay for a week of skiing at winter park. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for the week! Would definitely come and stay here again!

Amazing home. Beautiful view from the main room. Comfortably slept our group of six and an infant. We had such a blast being so close to Grand Lake and RMNP and only 20 minutes from Granby Ranch for skiing. We loved how cozy the gas fireplace was!

I had such a peaceful stay. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was beautiful, and I loved staring at the snow!!! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind. My family enjoyed it we stayed home and made sure to take lots of pictures in the snow. Guest had snacks available to us. The hot chocolate was delicious 🥰. Thank you 🙏.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! This was hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The views were breathtaking, and every moment felt like a postcard-worthy experience. The home itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our group had such a great time—whether it was relaxing in the common areas, enjoying the scenic surroundings, or simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for us. If you’re looking for a place that offers stunning views and a relaxing getaway with friends or family, this is it. Great place and very responsive host. The only complain I have is, that the place's altitude was 10000ft and couple of us in the group were hit by altitude sickness. Be prepared for it. And also during winter, you definitely need a car with winter tires (as said in the description)

Beautiful views tucked away in the forest! This comfy remodeled studio is perfect for couples looking for a private retreat in the woods. Easy 10 minute downhill walk to the village. Great pool and hot tub area with even better views. Ski in/out option also available; nice being in the middle between MJ and Gondola. Highly recommend!!

The apartment was clean, very well stocked with kitchen gear and any kind of everyday supplies imaginable. It is very nicely decorated. There are plenty of clean towels and blankets. Great WiFi. Our family of two adults and two kids was very comfortable. It is also really close to Loveland ski area, which was the reason for our visit. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years. Gino has done a great job providing a clean and comfortable place to rest after long days of snowboarding and hiking. I've seen updates as well over the years, so it's apparent that he cares about making it a great value.

what a gem of a place! absolutely perfect for a quick trip and hike. I especially enjoyed that it was off season! felt like we had the place to ourselves thank you for all the little touches! not one went unnoticed.

Very nice and cozy place to stay. Very impressed with the cleanliness and Kerrie was open and helpful with communication. It is a climb to get up to the location but well worth it as long as your equipped for the drive (in the winter). Would stay again!

We had a little trouble getting in the door, but the host called us back and got us in fairly quickly. The small gift bag with snacks, etc. was a really nice touch. The garage was a little tight for my Silverado 1500 to maneuver around in, but the host assisted with a different spot that helped with that as well. The garage in winter was a huge bonus so that we didn't have to unload or load in the snow. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights here and were pretty pleased with the space. There was one night that we could hear the neighbors talking, but it wasn't too bad at all. The wifi was ok, but when we were both logged on for work meetings, it disconnected us a few times. Overall, the host was really accommodating and answered any questions we had very promptly. They even sent someone to shovel the snow from the deck when the snow stopped falling. We would stay here again; but we would bring our heated blankets in the winter!!!
