Beautiful house with wonderful 360 views, just a short walk from the beach. However, beware, the walk back is steep. Kitchen is very well equipped, pool is refreshing and clean and the house is generally very comfortable. Would recommend.

The house is very well located at a walkable distance from all the destinations to visit ; the neighborhood is excellent and the house is very spacious , we were very happy with this stay ; Carmen very concerned with everything .

We spent the weekend at Sofia's house. A gift to my family a hit. A very cozy and clean house, nothing is missing. The environment is wonderful, quiet, quiet that was what we were looking for. We loved it. supermarket very close, pharmacy and tourist information. Sofia is very friendly, attentive, lovely, she gave information of places to visit. In addition, I leave us the heating of the room set, it was a touch. If we are back in the area, I definitely know where to stay. 100% recommended. 🙏💫🌸

If you're heading to Málaga, this is the place to stay! Beautiful, cozy, and private, with an incredible view. It was super comfortable, spotless, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. But the real highlight? Jose, the host. If I could rate him beyond 5 stars, I’d give him 10! He was beyond amazing, super kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. First I'm going to tell about the owner or responsibility of the vacation home Juan Antonio the really nice person and he always responds as apps sent to him. I have been 11 nights it was great holiday house size space inside and outside nice swimming pool.

Very well located, extremely clean, with all the tools and amenities for our stay, in addition, both Patricia and her mother have been concerned all the time for our well-being. A wonderful stay and a fabulous host! 💜 Patricia made us feel right at home and was super helpful, recommending places to go and restaurants to eat at. The property was amazing! Clean, spacious, well appointed with lots of cozy blankets around for cooler evenings. It was such a beautiful setting and the perfect place to watch the sunrise. Stay in a great, quiet place with a beautiful view of the sea. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. In addition, the place had amenities for the beach. Everything was clean, there was a change of linens and towels in the middle. Welcome gift. Recommended.

I should have looked at the instructions again. The apartment building is across the street and a little up from the Carrefour. Google maps takes you behind the Carrefour. Alexandra meets you though, so no problem. She was great, explaining the appliances and how to go to a tapas bar. She had great recommendations. There is no view from her place, but it was a convenient location. It was a ten minute walk to the beach or bus station. Having the grocery store right there was awesome. The host lives in the building if you need anything. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need.

Nice well equipped apartment in a quiet part of Nerja. Close to the beach and only a 20 minute walk into the old town. The apartment had beach chairs and an umbrella that was an unexpected bonus and very useful. All the appliances worked well and it was very clean upon our arrival. The terrace is quite small but was perfectly adequate for the 2 of us. We parked in the street outside where there was always plenty of space. We would happily return here if we came back to Nerja.

Great location: there is a view of the mountains and the sea, 50 meters to the beach, quiet location. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is perfectly decorated - it's very nice to sit on a rocker in the evening with a glass of wine and a view of the sea. There's a huge smart TV. The kitchen has everything you need, even a wine aerator! :-) I was especially pleased with the osmosis water purification system - just great, no need to carry flasks from the supermarket. The washing machine works great. And of course Blanca! Very nice and helpful person! Thank you so much!

Undoubtedly, if we come to Roquetas again, we will stay in Jesus' apartment: friendly and close treatment, and good advice in all aspects (restaurants, places of interest...). One of the things that surprised us was that the apartment is larger than the photos show, making the stay very cozy. In addition, it has to be added that the community pool is great... It should also be noted the ease of parking, as well as the good location that it has... We spent a few days very comfortable!!!

Lovely apartment which matched the photos. Nice and comfortable with a lot of space. We were out of season so pool closed . Small walk to a dark sand beach with a couple of restaurants. A car is needed to reach supermarket as no shops nearby. A nice quiet stay for us after a 10 day road trip. Thanks

I would recommend this place to families. It is very very clean and practical. Jose Antonio has thought of everything. The surroundings were very good for the kids with the playground and park. Supermarket and bus stop nearby. the beach is also very nice and super close. everything was great and we had a lovely time in Rincon. Thank you dear hosts.

The accommodation matches the description, very nice, impeccable cleanliness, a good reception, all the comforts. The ocean views are beautiful, the pool left you speechless everything was great!!!

The apartment was even bigger than in the pictures and really nice! Everything I needed was found and the host was really helpful with everything, and even helped me with the internet so that I could work remotely for a month in video meetings from the apartment. I can recommend the apartment not only for vacations but also for remote working. The apartment itself and the other residents of the house were really peaceful and friendly. The only small distraction was a dog living in the same house that barked sometimes until midnight and could be heard inside. Of course, the host cannot influence the matter and I understand that the best time for dogs is to go outside in the evening when it is not so warm. At the end I really enjoyed myself, the city was wonderfully peaceful and the atmosphere warm. From here it was easy to visit other cities with your own car, but also by bus you could have easily reached, for example, Malaga, where I picked up a car by bus.

We loved it, the area is the best with direct access to the beach from the inside, the pools with very nice people and friends for your little ones, area full of atmosphere and restaurants. We will certainly return.
