Τhe property is located in the village Agios Georgios /Kaliviani at the beginning of the peninsula of Gramvousa and at the beginning of the road to the unique Balos lagoon 8klm,and the Falasarna 8 klm.Elafonisi is 40klm. Ιt is half anhour driving west of Chania and 4klm west of Kissamos town. It is 50klm of Chania airport. Distance 1 min.on car there are gas station, bakery supermarket, taverns and distance 1 klm there are a lot of small beaches with crystal water like (νiglia pahia ammos)

Peace and seclusion!

Ten minutes drive from Kissamos this is a single self contained apartment with double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, shower room and kitchen/living area. If you are looking for somewhere totally away from the turmoil of every day life, this is the place for you. The only other people here are Sue and I (and our Labrador, Darcy) However, Kissamos is close by and has everything you will need for shopping or eating out and also we are close to the popular beaches of Falasarna and Balos.

George House is a spacious and fully supplied apartment of 95 square meters and can accommodate 5 people .The house is located 40 km from Chania, 60 km from the airport of Chania, and 4.2 km from the center of Kissamos. From here you can have quick access to the two of the most beautiful beaches of Greece, Falasarna (7 min by car) and Balos (36 min by car). Also even closer to the house there is a very nice and picturesque beach called Viglia beach(5 min by car).
