Vacation rentals with beach access in Grado-Pineta

Stella is an ultra friendly and very conscientious host. She was very responsive and attentive. She was very accommodating with us and allowed us to store our luggage in the apartment after our stay. The accommodation is ideally located: 5 minutes walk from absolutely everything! —> lavomatik, large square, church, restaurants, beaches... It contains everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The only thing less is the beds that weren't very comfortable. Thanks again to Stella who made us have a very nice stay ❤️☺️

Luca was a very kind and responsive host. We found the apartment very well prepared, it is in a good condition and has everything you need for cooking etc. The apartment has two bedrooms and a kitchen with a big table for spending your evenings. This matches the description, just be aware that there is no separate room with sofas etc if you travel with more people and look for additional space. We were four and fine with that. We stayed in winter and the area was very quiet as it is mainly a summer holiday destination. The offer of open restaurants, shops etc in the area is much lower during off season. You can get everything you need in the town centre though, and get there by car or bus. Parking at the house was easy and safe in the yard with a closed gate.

Emil’s place is less than a 10 minute walk up the hill from the beach resort hotels. It is surrounded by garden and is quiet. The apartment has a full kitchen and bath. The only drawback is the internet is weak resulting in buffering; and I needed to go up to the floor above to make phone calls. The place is spotless inside and out.

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

Eva was a great host. Helped with everything and always responsive. The place was clean and had a nice smell. There is AC in the flat so you won’t be hot or cold. Recommend!

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. We wanted a modern, well-maintained, clean and tidy apartment, and this apartment was just what we wanted. We love to drink our coffee in the morning and look out over the sea, and that was possible this week. Dealing with the hosts gave us confidence and security and we are grateful for it. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful house with modern amenities. Everything was spotless. And there was air conditioning in every room.

We had a lovely stay. Ondina is very accommodating. The sea can be reached in less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend it!

We - a family of 5 with kids aged 10, 7, 5 - stayed at the house for a week in August. The house is situated in an incredibly beautiful spot overlooking the Bay of Trieste near Piran. The surroundings were great for us: A private walking/climbing path allowed us to reach the rocky beach in 5 minutes; the garden is great for relaxing (as long as the mosquitos were asleep...); and beautiful Piran is just 10...15 minutes away on foot. The house has all needed amenities and a nice mediterranean ambience. Out host Baca provided us with all needed information and hints and always responded quickly. Thank you for making this stay possible!

It was a fantastic stay in a sweet house with large garden, garden furniture, pool. In the house, everything is lovingly decorated and well thought out. Sea, shops, restaurants are minutes away. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Alberto is always easily available and very helpful. Check-in was totally straightforward and possible earlier. Highly recommended

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. Great & above all very clean place to stay. The sea and restaurants were within walking distance. Parking available, I find important if you arrive by car. We had two dogs with us & it was no problem, on the contrary Danilo was very kind. Trieste for a day trip can also be reached quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Dezi is a wonderful host, he waited for us, showed us around, was a complete guide, recommended us places to eat, places to beach. Responded promptly to our questions. We recommend this location, we will definitely be back. Dezi... we are coming!!

we had a great time, a clean and cozy house. When we arrived the environment was already heated.

We were there in the off-season. Everything was super organized. She was very accommodating and flexible with arrival and departure. The terrace is excellent for enjoying in the evening hours. I'm sure we'll be back.
