Vacation rentals with a pool in Gràcia

The house is very nice. Big, clean, many facilities including swimming pool, internal elevator, gym. In the house, electric grill, coffee maker, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, everything you need is there. It’s so convenient. It’s so nice that out of my expectation! Moreover, it is conveniently located, 5-10 minutes walking distance to Lesseps metro station. All major tourist attractions are within 30 minutes ride. The house owner is responsive and responded quickly. I recommend this house without hesitation.

We had a very restful one night stay on our way travelling down through Spain. Fantastic communication and friendly welcome from our hosts. The guest house was clean, comfortable and well equipped and just what we needed. One to add to our favourites.

Everything was great, we had a good Christmas as a family. The house has a great view and a very large terrace-patio with many floors. When we had any questions Maribel answered us right away. A good place to spend a few days

We had a lovely stay at Trude & Miguel’s apartment. It’s super clean, the outside areas are spacious and private, and everything what we needed was available!

The apartment was just as shown in the photos, really clean and spotless. Beautiful place which is only minutes from the beach and a short train ride into the centre of Barcelona. The apartment block is really quiet and peaceful. The WiFi was excellent and the host Oscar was very friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Very nice stay. Beautiful views and everything we needed was there in the apartment. I would only recommend to get new blankets, as they look old. Otherwise, modern apartment and a very secure building. Thank you!

Thank you Silvia for a great stay in your apartment , it was clean and spacious -(pool closed as it was to cold) It was convenient for the Volpelleres metro and supermarket nearby and 15 minutes walk to the main town with plenty of restaurants and cafes. We really enjoyed our New Year break.thanks again 👍

Great place. Great for family gatherings. Very welcoming and responsive host both before and during the stay. Be careful though to overload in the use of electricity which can create outages. Nice experience that I would recommend without hesitation.

This is a wonderful location. Beautiful views and very attentive and kind host. Close walking distance to a large market.
