Very central, very quiet, welcoming and well equipped. The right choice!

We felt very comfortable and the accommodation was large and beautifully located. Roberto was very friendly and always available. It was very cozy in the evening on the terrace. Sea is just around the corner. However, the free beach where you can set up your own umbrella and beach shell is a little further away. The apartment is definitely recommended. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained, each has its own parking space. Mosquito nets are attached to every window, which is of course great. The apartment has everything you need. We loved the stay and were able to relax nicely:)

We spent 3 weeks traveling this summer with our daughters and Leja's place was undoubtedly the best place we stayed in over the entire trip. Phenomenal.

nice apartment with a pool and beautiful restaurant next door

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and only a few kilometres from the heart of Grado. The bikes were absolutely ideal for getting around in the city and the surrounding area. This is really a nice service! Francesca welcomed us and showed everything. The apartment is not new, but it looks exactly as on the pictures. All in all, it’s a good choice for 2 people or a small family. The terrace would also have been nice, if the weather would have been a bit better.

Evgeny's apartment is exceptionally beautiful and very well-appointed. It is very spacious and has a lovely outdoor garden area. The beds are very comfortable, and the apartment is very quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rebook this apartment on our next visit to Koper.

We experienced Radivoje and Sara as great, likeable hosts who were always there for us quickly and reliably. The property is extremely tastefully equipped. The situation is pleasantly quiet. There are restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance. It's just a short, beautiful walk to the center. The sea is very close - which has a special meaning for people who come from a country without a sea.

We were in need of a place that provided parking and accommodations for 3. The unit checked all the boxes. Since it is Grado in the summer, it is difficult to get a place. We decided to stay in Grado Pineta which is slightly outside of Grado but still only a 7-10 min. drive to Grado by car. While people say parking in Grado is difficult, we had very good luck finding parking. The unit itself was typical of Italy. It was cozy but functional. There was a very big heat wave while we were there but the host cannot stop this. The AC helped. Most of our Italian friends were complaining about the heat so you know it was hot. Overall, Grado Pineta is a slower pace than Grado but was more than fine. We were close to multiple places to eat. The grocery store was a short walk away. There is a pharmacy across the street which was convenient. All in all, I can recommend the unit. Enjoy. Ciao and Grazie Mille!

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

We loved our stay at Eda’s place and would definitely stay again! The view was beautiful and it was a great location. Eda was very responsive.

The place was great but the TV was hard to use

I strongly recommend Marija’s place. Very clean, peaceful, excellent food and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely come back.

Renée is a cordial, welcoming and very responsive host. We felt like "at home". The apartment is tastefully decorated and was ideally located for the tours we wanted to do.

A relaxing weekend, in a beautiful setting! The house is beautiful, technological and functional. You definitely need to have a car to get around, we were in Piran in just a few minutes. Amazing Jacuzzi, we'll be back!

We had a great time in Mirjam's apartment. When we arrived everything was as described and very clean and homey. We immediately loved it. The view from the big balcony is unique and beautiful, on the other balcony we could also see the sea but with a little more shade. So all in all everything was perfect and we would love to come again! Thank you so much ❤️
