Cabin vacation rentals in Gordon County

Great little mountain cabin! Conveniently located to both Ellijay and Blue Ridge. I would suggest doing a day in blue ridge and a day in Ellijay as there were so many fun spots we found. The Fighting Town Tavern, River Street Tavern, the shack of Ellijay, Green Willows, wood fire pizza, southern charm, Ellijay park, mineral springs trail, whiskey and water, and Roo Mountain vineyards to name several. Great stripped down cabin that is worth the cheaper price compared to others in area. Hot tub worked great, wifi was fast enough for gaming and it had all the needed amenities. I would suggest bringing your own pillows as this was the only thing I wish I would have brought. Our pups loved the grassy area beside the cabin and was easy to let them out to use the bathroom etc. Overall - great value for price, beautiful view, perfect location, and comfy couches and beds. It rained 2 days while we were there and the sound of rain on the tin roof was such a vibe we loved it. Highly recommend ⛰️

This was the most serene vacation I have ever taken, even in the cold this cabin was so cozy and inviting. I could not stop staring at the view and loved going on walks through the neighborhood. I loved it so much I would go back in the summer time to float down the creek!

Wow! Amazing! So many other words to be able to describe this piece of Heaven! We were there right after a big snow and it was GORGEOUS! The sound of the creek while sitting by a cozy fire was true peace. The hot tub made for very relaxing nights, and the comfy beds were amazing for a great nights sleep. This cabin is very cozy and the hosts are top notch and very proactive. There is an amazing walking trail that goes left and right from the cabin. One end has a beautiful chapel and a small lake and the other way takes you through breathtaking views of the creek and mountains. My daughter got engaged on this trip along the trail. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Never been in this area before but after this stay, I will definitely be back and I won’t even look for a better place because this place/location was so amazing!!! The Mountain views were stunning. The cabin was so clean and everything was thought of! When we cooked dinner in one night, there was every appliance you could have needed to make a meal. The owners were very responsible and helpful with any questions I needed.

We loved staying at Seavey’s getaway! After driving from FL and being halfway through our trip, we were informed our previous AirBnB needed to be cancelled due to the weather and road conditions. Obviously, this was very frustrating but we contacted Seavey and he responded immediately able to help us and reserve his cabin last minute, saving our vacation! The cabin has an incredible view that you can’t beat and is absolutely worth the price you pay. The place is perfect for large groups or families or even just you and your spouse for a private getaway. We took our dog and she loved being able to play in the fenced in yard while we enjoyed the hot tub. The fireplace inside puts the perfect touch on a cozy evening after a long day hiking in the surrounding areas. Would absolutely love to book here again!

Sandra’s description and the instructions on the mountain make navigating a breeze. Sandra is proactive with instructions and needs, responsive, and offers great recommendations. The place and view are simply stunning! The decor is refined and matches the coziness of the cabin. The place was clean and offers everything you need to simply stay put or as a welcome respite after a day of exploring. It’s centrally located to all things. You can easily take the main roads or navigate the back roads that offer a stunning drive. Simply put, we can’t wait to go back. PS the pup loved the deck.

Valerie's house is very private and quiet. It's tucked back in the woods in a farming community. The house is clean and comfortable. We had our dog with us and he loved exploring the woods around the cabin. We saw lots of critters -- deer, rabbits and a possum.

Cozy cabin with a beautiful view. Well stocked with everything needed for a relaxing family getaway. Loved being able to give our fur baby the freedom to be off leash in the securely fenced yard. Hot tub under the covered deck was my favorite spot. Teens loved the game room. Convenient location to town. Pictures do the view no justice! If the mountains are calling, book this cabin, you won’t regret it!

Megan and John’s cabin was perfect for our Christmas family getaway! They were very responsive and helpful with any question we had. The cabin was very clean and tidy when we arrived and had everything we needed even in the cold winter weather. Make note that this is a more remote cabin with a steep uphill drive, but still easy to navigate to. Bring your own firewood for warm cozy cabin nights! I would easily recommend Megan and John’s cabin to stay during your north Georgia trip

It was a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful and the house was spotless.

My wife and I were looking for a cozy cabin for a few days with our two dogs. We find the mountains to be magical in the rain and it rained the whole time, but even still we were entertained by watching tv, playing pool, games and jumping in the hot tub as often as possible. Great place for fun and relaxation!

This home was amazing. Great cabin feel with amazing views of the Georgia mountainside. From the firepit to the lower level common area to the upper level balcony, this cabin is so cozy and enjoyable. Hosts Helen & Mary were very responsive and made our stay even more enjoyable. Visited nearby Dahlonega and the Monteluce Winery. The drive is masterpiece of nature. All amenities are always available and beds are very comfortable. Thank you again Helen & Mary! We absolutely recommend to any family looking to enjoy a mountainside cabin getaway.

This was a beautiful little cottage for the perfect getaway! It was very private and peaceful. Directions where spot on and easy to follow. There was even a Bucees ten minutes away! We appreciate the opportunity to stay, and would choose here again! Attn: The walk way could be a little tricky for older folks, and make sure you use a flashlight of you are walking across it at night!

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The roads are through mountains so drive with caution. Georgia was the absolute best host! Super responsive and helped anyway she could. The home itself is located in a private area with amazing views. We wanted a cabin vacation spot and that’s exactly what we got. Was big enough to fit all 14 of us and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. Pet friendly so that helped us a lot as well. Plenty of parking and enough bathrooms. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing! We recently stayed at this beautiful cabin for a church retreat, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The view of the mountains was nothing short of breathtaking—waking up to that serene landscape was truly a blessing. It was the perfect space for both group activities and quiet moments of reflection. One highlight that everyone raved about was the hot tub! We live semi-locally and really needed a weekend to unplug. The A-Frame was perfect for us and the pups. Loved opening up the little cabin and how quiet it was. Couple local restaurants were amazing too- Chuckwagon and Thatchers. Will prob book again when we need another bit of quiet time.
