Really enjoyed staying at Raymond’s place…it was perfect for our needs, very relaxing, and easy to find. Raymond provided excellent recommendations and responsive to all questions.

We were in town for a wedding. Perfect for two couples to share. Loved the common areas and hope to come back sometime with family and rent the entire place!!

Jason was the most responsive host I have ever had and it was really helpful. We stayed a month and it takes a minute to get to know a house. The house has a lot of character and the grounds are beautiful. It truly is an enchanting Lazy Lake. It’s exactly what my family needed. Thank you Jason, for your hospitality.

Eldy's place was exactly how pictures showed it. Place was clean, private, and very homey. Absolutely loved the hot tub - it was the perfect way to relax in the evening after a full day out and about. We had no issues during our entire stay. Eldy was great with communicating with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Eldy was super flexible in allowing us to check in early, allowing us to check in right after our flight landed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This is a very cute and thoughtful cottage! it is in walking distance to many nice parks and a couple of cool restaurants! It is a little off the beaten path in a neighborhood on the water called Riverside Park, which in itself has a lot to do with 2 very good restaurants right in this residential neighborhood and parks on the water. Great for walking your dog. The cottage can accommodate 2-3 people but that’s it. Very Comfy with everything you need. Yoni made it very welcoming!

We had an amazing time here! We had so many activities planned, but I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. Renata is an amazing host, she is on site and makes sure you’re comfortable during your stay. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed watching the peacocks and adored the peacock decor throughout the property. The price was very affordable for the area. Highly recommend a stay here! Thanks, Renata!

The unit was perfect. There are some perks available that I didnt find listed, like hot water and a Keurig coffee maker. Alfonso was very attentive and responded messages promptly.

Perfect stay. Adorable cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Yvette was easy to reach and checked in to make sure I didn’t have any problems. Quiet, safe area with plenty of street parking available. Would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Alex is a Gem. She is very knowledgeable about the area and shares her passion and recommendations. Her place was perfect for our sister getaway. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was tastefully decorated. The yard area is very peaceful with lots of seating to enjoy coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. I'd definitely stay here again for a longer visit, the next time I'm in Miami.

Jeff was proactive in reaching out. I had forgot to reserve a parking spot and he called me and got one for us before it was gone. He checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. His housekeeper Carmen was also checking on us. The location was perfect to enjoy the beach, the Broadwalk, restaurants and fun activities. I rate Jeff’s place 5 star and above!!!! We will definitely return.

Classic beach house with simple, “shabby chic” vibe. Absolutely sparkling clean. Hosts provide all you need. They were very friendly and responsive! No problems at all. The 1-minute walk to the beach is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet at night even with people on all sides. Highly recommend especially if you plan to be beachy and/or out & about!

I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Very beautiful and comfortable place and the host was very nice and went beyond to make sure I had a good stay. The place was extremely clean and cozy and is near many restaurants and activities including the beach. My stay was very amazing and I would definitely book again. I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The property exceeded all my expectations. It was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The cottage was fully equipped with everything I needed for my month-long stay. The location was perfect – nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet conveniently close to local shops, and restaurants. I enjoyed peaceful walks around the area and felt completely at ease during my entire stay. Euri was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We knew the Hillsboro beach area very well but had only stayed in local hotels that were overcrowded and lacked the comforts and necessities of a home. Tom’s villa was not only reasonably priced but provided every amenity we needed for a week long stay including a kitchen full of accessories, washer and dryer access, a wonderful swimming pool, was walking distance to the beach, and even had water toys too! The daily trash and linen pickup was also very much appreciated. The front office staff was also very attentive and helpful - thank you for everything Elaine! My family and I will gladly be returning.
