Very nice flat, not far from Darbar square. Host was really helpful. Bed was soft and comfy. Hot water, great WiFi connection, clean and practical. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay in this apartment ! I could have stayed there for months because I felt so good in it. The sun coming into the accommodation is a very positive point during the winter, as well as the very pleasant rooftop ! The accommodation also has several warm blankets. Everything is well thought out. The kitchen is perfect for cooking. I also celebrated Christmas in this accommodation, in good company and we were able to cook without any problem. Aashraya was a great host, and also a guest for Christmas ! I will keep very good memories of my stay in Kathmandu, partly thanks to this superb place and the friendliness of Aashraya. 😀

Had a fantastic stay! The property is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. It’s clean, well-maintained, and has a cozy, welcoming feel. Dolma was a super host—friendly & attentive. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shristee's place! The apartment was more spacious than I expected, it was clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, it was close to Jhamsikhel, with plenty of lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with Shristee and her mom, Jayanti, was very easy. They were incredibly accommodating, promptly addressing any requests or questions we had. Since we stayed for three weeks, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing extra bed sheets, towels, additional kitchen items, and even a small bathtub for my 5-month-old. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. We’d gladly return for another visit!

This was our second stay at Chang’s place. We had such an amazing experience last time and this time also it was an excellent experience for us. Great host, great location, very courteous and helpful and overall a stay that felt like we were at home. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent accommodation, weekly cleaning, boiler with water, lots of dishes and kitchen appliances. Excellent, friendly and helpful host: Ami helped me with my luggage, met me and saw me off. I also received some recommendations from him on local restaurants and the market, recommend!

Great location and a responsive host. Nice rooftop for watching the city. Some equipment ( fridge controls, water heater) needed work but the host is quick to respond to issues.

I love this little gem in Kathmandu - Jason and his family make you feel at home every moment. They were helping me with every single detail during my stay. The place itself is even more beautiful than pictures and the little community around makes a super quiet cozy and homy environment I will be definitely back (and very soon) Thanks!

Perfect place to stay in Boudhanath--close to the stupa, quiet location (which is rare for the area), and beautiful clean rooms.

The place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Both husband and wife were incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations. We felt right at home and would definitely book again on our next visit to Kathmandu. The unit is great, everything was like in description, beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, lovely views from rooftop, fully furnished kitchen(at least there were everything i needed), a lot of space for living in comfort, wonderful, responsible housekeeper and host. It is also in walkable distance from Patan Darbar Square and mangal bazar where I liked spending time with a cup of masala tea 😁 l was satisfied with everything so that stayed there almost two months.
