We love the accommodation. The property is ample, with outdoors (balcony and backyard/service area) well cared for and functional (it has a tank and clothesline that are fundamental but beach accommodations, since they allow the washing and drying of bathing clothes without "stuffing" the interior environment of the accommodation). The decoration, rustic with elegant and functional details, pleased us a lot, providing a well being that, if not taken care of, can make you stay in the accommodation for a long time, reducing the time to explore the external attractions of Pipa. For the evening, in our case that we do not enjoy nights, it was excellent to enjoy the spacious, air-conditioned and well thought-out lighting space that the accommodation offers. The condominium is very well taken care of, with present and well located surveillance, located near the center of Pipa, without, however, being in the confusion of the centrinho. In addition, by car, the condominium is in a strategic position. Anyway, we recommend accommodation

Very cool house, with a cozy backyard. Ideal for those who want to escape the noise and confusion of the city center of Pipa in the high season.

The location is excellent, very close to bars, restaurants and the beach, it is a very pleasant place and the common area is very good!

Quiet and cozy stay. Júnior is a great host, along with Dona Zélia who welcomed us wonderfully well, I hope to come back more often. I recommend them all!!

The very cozy, welcoming and spacious house making my family feel at home at all times. Great experience, clean house, organized, very good space for a post beach, swimming pool, shower, it was 7 wonderful days.

Aurino and the concierge team have always been gents to answer us. The building is impeccably clean and facing the pool, but the outside noise does not bother. 5 minutes walk to the downtown beach, but Pipa has hillsides. The location is great and the noises of bars and nightclubs do not bother. Amamos Pipa and the flat of Aurino.
