The house was exactly what we needed for in the right location of town.

Loved staying here! Airbnb selection in STL tends to be a little lacking in dog-friendly options, and I'm so glad we decided to give Sean's place a try. It was perfect for what we needed - comfortable and with high-end finishes that stood out. The bathroom is obviously the big attraction - it was calm, inviting, and even gave us ideas for our own bathroom remodel at home. But the kitchen was very nicely done as well, and the living spaces were cozy and clutter-free. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two little dogs. And on top of that, Sean did a wonderful job communicating, and was flexible enough to let us check in a little early - as soon as the home was ready from the cleaning crew. Will definitely stay here again!

This place was the best place we have every stayed! We had the best weekend exploring Stl for my bachelorette trip. Beautiful place, safe neighborhood, and amazing host!

The house was just as described, clean, and easy to check in. It worked great for our weekend Christmas trip. The spacious dining room and living room area provided plenty of room to open gifts. We would definitely stay here again.

We are originally from the area and were in town visiting family. This was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay. It was clean, comfortable, had the charm of The Hill and is close to some of our favorite restaurants. The holiday decorations were a nice touch. Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive and checked in to to make sure our stay was going great.

Exactly as advertised. Clean. Soulard is fun area to explore. Stayed here for a wedding at The Franklin of Soulard. 5-6 min easy walk. Accommodated our service dog with nice fenced back yard.

We had a great stay at Mathew’s place and we would definitely stay again! The space was very clean and comfortable and close to great restaurants! We even extended our stay an extra night and Mathew was very accommodating and quick to respond. We felt the neighborhood was quite safe and very walkable in better weather. The available off street parking was an added bonus. If you’re in STL for travel, business or leisure, we would highly recommend! We’ll be back!

Pam is an extraordinary host. She goes above and beyond. This is a repeat visit for us and we not only love the property which frankly is the reason to Airbnb but Pam makes the exchange above pleasant. She is so accommodating and friendly. I feel like I’ve gained a family member in Pam.

Very nice and beautiful apartment.. I loved how it’s decorated. Also the host is very friendly and responds quickly. It is close to Forest Park which has lot of things to see and do.. museums, restaurants, bars. We had a great time.

Great place - walkable distances to restaurants, SLU, Wash U. Great neighborhood. Dog park and parks nearby. Owners were very responsive to any needs we had. Place at book with recommendations for area activities and food. Also, very dog friendly - even had treats, a clean bed, and dog bowls if needed. Definitely will try to return if we are back in the area again. Thanks!

Great place to stay, super clean, comfortable beds! We stayed for the usher concert and several of the local bars had shuttle to and from concert! Huge plus… we would stay again

This is a great space. Located in a desirable neighborhood, highly walkable, with easy access to most parts of the metro area. Patty was extremely amenable to requests for additional bedding and proactive in solving wifi issues. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful snow week here. Hosts were very accommodating with snow shoveled parking and check in modifications. Kitchen equipped to accommodate cooking for extended stays.

Love this place!! I am originally from St. Louis. I was in town to visit friends and family for almost two weeks. Pictures reflect the apartment. Everything is in great condition, clean and organized. It is quiet. The bed is comfortable. The coffee is great. I like the heated bathroom floors. The washer and dryer are a plus, if you are staying for a longer period of time. There is an assigned parking space if you have a car. If you don't have a car, the location is central, so it's easy to grab a taxi to places in the surrounding area. You can quickly get to the attractions and restaurants. Forest Park is only a few blocks away. The park has a few museums, a zoo and plenty of paths for walking and biking. I spent quite a few mornings walking my dog in the park. John is a great host. He is very responsive and goes the extra mile. I immediately felt at home. I look forward to staying at his place during my future visits to see friends and family.
