Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Gloucester County

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to spend our weekend while visiting family! We first met Dona sitting amongst the ghouls and goblins handing out Halloween candy to the neighborhood kids! We knew immediately we had found the perfect spot to stay and will definitely be back next time visiting our family. If you are heading to Media at Halloween you are in for a real treat of family, friends and neighbors celebrating one of the Best holidays ever!

I was there for a week. I just moved back to Philadelphia, and it was the perfect landing spot as my place was getting finished. It is centrally located, just a 13-minute walk to my new job, excellent restaurants, and various shopping options, from organic to more traditional grocery stores. The place itself is beautifully appointed, welcoming, clean, spacious, quiet, and smells amazing. The amenities are as promised, and I was able to take full advantage of them - the gym, the laundry, the dishwasher. I found parking directly in front of the building, which was safe and secure and, because the place is so centrally located, I was able to leave my car parked for the entirety of my stay without incident. I walked everywhere. I had absolutely no issues at all during my stay. The hosts communicated proactively and clearly, even providing short, helpful videos for check-in, the lockbox, etc. In short, it was a great stay! I highly recommend it, and would definitely use it again.

What a great find! Rare to find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and the parking spot was one of the reasons I chose this place and I’m so glad I did. It was quiet inside, probably thanks in part to the 24-hour security on-site. I never made it to the gym but I’m sure it was nice.

Nikhil is a wonderful host. He’s understanding, responsive and so caring. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb where the host has so much care and attention to detail. Everything you need is provided - snacks, water, a variety of different shampoos/conditioners/soaps, stain removing solutions/wipes, floss, perfumes, colognes, lotions, games, exercise equipment, steamers, irons, detergent, make up removing wipes - literally everything! All drawers and light switches are also nicely labeled which is so helpful. Overall - great, fully stocked Airbnb with parking. Also definitely appreciated the heated floors in the bathrooms along with the awesome shower head!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away and to catch a concert at the Fillmore. Overall, our stay was great. It was surprisingly quiet for being in a pretty active and bustling neighborhood. I felt very safe and we walked to and from our show late at night and we did most of our travel around the area by foot. It was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the Nespresso as I require good coffee in the morning and don’t always wanna walk haha. Two things, the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great. I was able to get by but it took a while to shower. The parking situation isn’t great either, we were able to park in a public lot but it cost about $30/day. There is definitely opportunity for street parking but many areas had 2-3 hour limits and the spots were incredibly difficult to come by. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Philly. Very comfortable, safe and walkable. Go Birds! 🦅

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

We had a lovely week staying at George's place. The location was convenient for visiting nearby family, as well as attractions such as the Brandywine River Museum and Bombay Hook for birding. We even took the train into Philly one day, and that was easy and fun. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with the basics. Our bed may have been the most comfortable I've ever experienced as an Air BnB renter! Thanks, George, for sharing your home!

This place is awesome! It’s right in Passyunk, close to Broad Street Line and super easy to get to from Amtrak at 30th Street Station and Sports Complex.

Would definitely recommend. Very spacious and peaceful. The house had everything we needed and more. Also, please don’t let the noise ordinance scare you lol. At night it’s very quiet neighborhood so it’s completely understandable. The amenities were awesome
