Enjoyed our stay! Peaceful, clean and beautiful character. Perfect place for a few nights of reading, enjoying good food, board games and relaxing with the family.

A beautiful property with extensive lawn area which was appreciated by the fur-baby. The house was comfortable with a pizza oven which we did no use. The property would have been used well by a large family or group. I am not a fan of seagrass mats and do wonder how well they get cleaned. The tiled floors, I think, would have been sufficient. Extra garbage bags, bucket and mop, and broom and dust pan would have made cleaning up after one self much easier. Was it worth the money paid? Not for a couple as we did not use the available space to its max.

Sawtell Beach Hideaway was the week long holiday our family of 6 needed. The 2 living areas allowed the kids to split up and not be under our feet. It is ideally located, just 400m easy walk thru the dunes and down the beach to the patrolled/flagged area. Just as close to Sawtell main street with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Plus only 600m to the rock pools and Bonville lookout. SBH was equiped with the essentials plus loads of extras like boogey boards, bucket and spade, shade tent for the beach. Kitchen had loads of utensils and plates and cups. The setting was so peaceful and tranquil, particularly when raining. We all agreed on the drive home that we definitely want to come back again.

Leanne and Mark's place is a beautiful cottage in lovely bushland close to both Sawtell and Coffs Harbour. We loved the cottage, very very clean, contemporary in design and overall very comfortable. We only had one night here, wished we had more. Leanne was a responsive and kind host. Highly recommend!

you have to stay here. really cool property. bed is super comfy! has everything you need. 15min drive to the water. tranquil and lots of fun and Sharon is an amazing human

Had an amazing time at the Mill Cottage. The house was perfect for our family. Amazing views to watch the sunrise and just relax. A beautiful home for the perfect getaway. Walking distance to the lagoon and beach on the boardwalk. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would love to go there again. I highly recommend it. Mark is extremely kind and helpful too :) The place was fit with everything. It all went so smoothly. Thanks so much Mark!

Nikita's place is an absolute gem, and we would highly recommend it as a place to go and relax as it feels like home without the "to do" list. The location is perfect, and Nikita has taken the time to ensure every detail is in place so you can relax and unwind. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you!!
