A wonderful apartment in the heart of downtown. Andando you can get to any tourist place. Supermarket nearby for cooking in a kitchen with all the necessary supplies. The host is a charm, she helped us with everything and communication with her was very easy. We are very grateful for the treatment received. We would repeat in this home again.

Slawomir’s place is very nice. It has everything we need. He is a very hospitable host. He came to the apartment to give us the keys, showed us everything in the apartment and gave very good suggestions for sightseeing. He stalked up a number of maps and brochures for sightseeing and experiences . We find them very useful! The apartment is about 30 to 45 mins walk to Carlton Hill, Old town, train station, and the St. James Quarter Shopping mall. Highly recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay in Edinburgh! A beautiful, clean apartment with everything you could need, and close to all the sights! Michael was extremely helpful and kind too! Thank you so much we will definitely stay again next time we visit ☺️

Everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Susan & Amit was smooth and prompt, loved the fresh baked pastries! The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay extended stay . The location was perfect, We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. The castle view is incredible! Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Susan & Amit and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

We stayed at Don's for a Stag Do and it was exactly what we needed. The apartment itself is spacious and has plenty of comfortable beds. It has two good working showers and a great communal space. There was 14 of us and we never lost hot water or struggled to move around. The location of Don's apartment is ideal as its a 10 minute walk away from Princes Steet where the shops and restaurants are. Also only a 15 minute walk from the Tram Stop which is great for getting to and from Edinburgh Airport. Also 5 minutes down the road is the Grassmarket where there are plenty of bars. We also found it very handy to have a sainsburys opposite the apartment. Don was very helpful too. We asked for an early check in which Don agreed to for a small price. When we arrived Don was there to greet us and gave us useful info on the surrounding area. He was always very quick to respond to us aswell through messaging. Thanks for a great stay Don, would definitely stay again if up that way. 👍

My partner and I visited Edinburgh for the first time last week, and Dawn's place was a wonderful place to be based- our walk into town most often was via the Water of Leith, which we felt extremely lucky to be so close to. The apartment was very endearing and felt cosy and warm at the peak of winter, as well as having everything we needed. The wood burner and shower were much appreciated by us both (good water pressure is important for me haha) and we'd love to come back eventually :)

The place was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and the location was great, just a 5 minute walk into old town! Eddie was a great host, would love to stay here again in the future!

Spacious flat in a good location, few minute walk to tram stop to get to central Edinburgh. Airbnb is very clean and modern. Beds are really comfortable contrary to lots of airbnbs we have stayed at. Secure underground carpark. No issues with noise at all during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Great place and great host.

A wonderful apartment perfect for a family of 4, a home away from home. The listing is as described, it had all the space needed and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare late night suppers and a wonderful living room to chill in during the winter nights with my family… and the location, it is safe and secure, and with Morrisons just minutes away, makes getting groceries and supplies so so convenient. We had a car and parking was right at the doorstep. Botanic garden was really close by and city centre was a quick drive away. I will not hesitate to recommend this listing to anyone esp since communication with the team was seamless and if I return to Edinburgh, this will certainly be my top pick again!

Excellent location! The apartment was exactly as described and in great condition! The apartment had all amenities you could want and the washer and dryer were a huge plus! The host made check in and check out super easy! We’ll be back!

This apartment is well placed within walking distance to many attractions. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. Giovanna and Angelo were very responsive. We would happily stay at the apartment again.

Booked this AirBnB for my parents to stay at that were coming up to Scotland for the weekend, Margaret was very helpful and made the stay easy and stress free, would highly recommend and definitely book again in the future!

Well appointed apartment with comfortable beds and cozy living space. One bedroom doesn’t have windows, but that did not bother us! Really great location - there were lots of great restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate area, and about a 20-25 minute walk to old town. Great and easy communication with the host. Would recommend!

We loved our stay there. Very nice location . The place was well equipped, clean, and we highly recommend it. We made excellent memories in Glasgow and would come back to the same place again.

Fabulous apartment - everything finished to such high spec and everything has been thought of. Extremely clean and pristine and very well equipped. We all loved the spa facilities and very comfortable beds. Very centrally located, walking distance to Perth centre and some nice restaurants. Lawrence was a fantastic, responsive and accommodating host. We would definitely come back. Thanks for a brilliant stay :-)

Place is amazing & the hot tub just makes it even better.

From beginning to end, this stay in Matt's lovely, historically-interesting apartment was a fantastic experience. Matt himself is great; super-responsive and helpful. The apartment is full of thoughtful touches: you can tell Matt really listens to each guest and builds on each experience to add information, welcoming items and suggestions. The location is quiet, the apartment is stylish but also full of history that Matt explains so well in his materials. Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and if we'd had more time, The Secret Orchard would have been a great base for exploring Fife. Dysart harbour, the coastal path and the adjacent park are perfect for an afternoon stroll (even in January!), and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thank you, Matt! We hope you have a brilliant year.

we loved our stay at Tim's place. it's in a great location, just short walk to all of the attractions in old town. the apartment was fantastic for us and met all of our needs. we also appreciated having Michelle as the contact who was super responsive and answered any queries quickly. we certainly recommend staying here for its location alone. we would most definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t ask for a better location to explore the Royal Mile. Everything is walkable and there’s no shortage of restaurants nearby. The Rocksalt cafe is right next door and is excellent for breakfast. The flat is very well decorated, cozy, and had everything we needed. The only downside I can think of is the size of the shower. It’s a bit small for tall people but it’s somewhat to be expected with these small flats in this location.

Really lovely accommodation. Immaculately clean and lovely decor. Thought of most things to make it home from home. Great location for exploring the local area and wonderful views from the living room. Would definitely rebook this place!
