Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Admire the many historic craftsman and California bungalow homes in this tranquil neighborhood. Walk to the beach and catch a concert in the park. Stroll to shops and a choice of farmers' markets, as well as Colorado Lagoon and Marine Stadium. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. hidden gem! We really enjoyed our stay. The deck and view are incredible! Beds are comfortable with mattress toppers. Hot tub was relaxing and a nice bonus. Easily had free street parking in front of the house. Upscale neighborhood, very private and safe area. Eric was very attentive and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We hope to come back again! I highly recommend this rental

Great location for visiting DTLA, Westside, Venice, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Exposition Park...basically anywhere. Parking in driveway means one always finds a spot. Door code access is easy. Kitchen is REALLY well stocked in terms of appliances, dishware, glassware, cookware, spices, cutlery, etc. It's more like being at home rather than an Airbnb. Great music system. Entire house is clean, well arranged and comfortable but still beautiful decoratively including the yards. Quiet neighborhood. Lauren was thoughtful and prompt with all communication. We would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks very much Lauren.

This is a lovely, bright, clean, well kept and appointed house in a very nice and safe, quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the very private outdoor spaces on the back and side of the house with a table and plenty of chairs. The grapefruit tree provided delicious fruit. The spa looked inviting, though we didn't use it. My wife enjoyed tinkling some tunes on the piano. We played Bocce on the well kept lawn with the equipment provided. Everything worked perfectly and was well explained by Virginia's notes. Off street parking was convenient in the spacious driveway. We felt very much at home during our week and a half stay. It was a great location, close to shopping or anywhere you might want to go in the Burbank, Pasadena or LA areas. The large bright dining room and table (suitable for 6, or even 8) was especially appealing to us with our children and spouses often joining us for lunch or dinner. We highly recommend Virginia's house and hope to visit again.
