I recommend this home: It's extremely modern starting from the building itself. Everything is clean and perfectly tidy. Bruno is a wonderful person. I ask for a courtesy for business reasons and I was satisfied. If you need a place to stay here in Pescara, this is what you need to choose!

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

Staying in this little house in the middle of the woods was a magical experience. Clelia and her granddaughter Aurora gave us a warm welcome by giving us a beautiful handmade basket with really delicious typical Abruzzo homemade cookies! Time seems to have stopped here: the house is a jewel set in an oasis of peace, the ancient fireplace made us rediscover ancient flavors. We cooked a soup of beans on the fire, played with candlelight cards wrapped in the warmth of the house. It was everything we needed! We walked evocative streets that made us discover Italian times and the wonderful village of Corvara, which I highly recommend visiting. A piece of my heart will stay here, we will be back in all its seasons because this place haunted me! Another point in favor: living for a few days in the house of a technician who lived in Antardide for two months for an expedition made us proud!❤️

WOW - WHAT a gem. Casa Querencia was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip to Italy as a family of 4. Josie's place was not only reflective of the description and images but BETTER! The view of Lago di Bomba (swooon), the church bells, the views of the other towns and snow on the mountains. You could literally cozy up with wine and a book and never leave! Josie had everything we needed to dine in, while also SO MANY great recommendations for exploring - like Santa Maria, Lanciano, and Castello Roccascalegna. The town was super quiet given the winter month - but much as we expected, as we had JUST missed one of their holiday parties in the piazza. Casa Querencia would be PERFECT for someone wanting a relaxing, cozy, at-home feeling longer-term rental. We cannot wait to come back to stay - maybe for a few weeks next time :) Josie spares no details and was a PLEASURE to rent from. Thank you for making our experience such a joy!

We booked this apartment for my parents, and they had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything they needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the sea. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process seamless. My parents especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made them feel right at home. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great stay!

Daniela was an amazing host, very responsive and gave excellent recommendations. The location can’t be beat, close to restaurants, train station, the beach, and shopping. The space was cozy and exactly how it looks in pictures. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Francesca is an incredible host who really cares about her guests having a good experience. She offered to pick us up at the train station up on arrival, which was a nice surprise. (It is a very straightforward and easy walk to her place though.) The airport lost my luggage and Frecesca was incredibly supportive as we navigated options for retrieving the bag. Her place was very clean and we appreciated the amenities, like extra towels, hairdryer and a washing machine. The location is wonderful- close to the sea, restaurants, and shops. The bicycle shop is just behind the building so renting our bikes was easy and convenient. (One thing of note is that while the apartment is smoke free the building is not. The neighboring tenants seem to smoke between 4-5:30 and around 10:00 pm each day. Just something to be aware of for those with allergies or other health concerns. We usually just went for a walk.)

A great place to relax in silence and surrounded by olive trees. The house is spacious, clean and very well maintained with beautiful views of the sea and trees. You can relax on the terrace or in the garden with plenty of privacy. You can walk to the beach in five minutes where the beautiful Traboccho stands. The house has everything you need and nothing is missing. Marco is a lovely person and very helpful. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely return. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and appreciates peace and quiet.

Very welcoming apartment. Tidy and clean, equipped with many comforts. Federico is very helpful and accurate. Nearby there were both restaurants and basic shops; convenient location for points of interest such as Roccaraso or Opi/Pescasseroli.
