Handy location, close to town centre, walkable to eateries and handy to shops. Easy access to walkways and beach. Suited us perfectly.

Just a stunning bolt-hole for a couple. Right on the beach and what a fabulous view. Great swimming beach and amazing evenings. Geraldine was a fantastic host, so friendly and accommodating. You must try if in the area. So close but it feels so far away from the hustle and bustle. Gizzy just 10 mins away and a variety of beaches close by.

Our second time staying at Lindsay’s place and we are planning to go back next year. Love the peace and quiet and within walking distance of the beach. Wonderful birdlife and we saw a weka for the first time. Thanks for your hospitality, Lindsay!

Beautiful stay, the place & view is absolutely stunning We throughly enjoyed our time spent there and have recommended it to everyone The basket of children’s toys under the tv was a hit with our grandson, just that little touch of home made it so special for him Stepping out & across the road to do a spot of fishing was amazing for my husband Then eating oysters off the rocks & swimming & snorkeling and watching our grandson building sand castles in the creamy white sand was special A place where beautiful memories are made Thank you Meagan for sharing your beautiful little bit of paradise with us

What a stunning spot! You will not be disappointed. We had a team of three staying while working on a local project in the area. They absolutely raved about the location right on the beach. Plus the best pies on the Coast from the local Cafe....all Tradies know how to spot a good pie :-) Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in Tokomaru Bay.

Stayed at Honey Marie’s property while in town for a wedding and it was the perfect spot to get away from the madness of a wedding weekend. Waking up and sitting in the deck while horses roamed the hills in front is something I’ll never forget. I loved the entire property! Will stay again next time in Gissy. Thanks!

The house was ideally located next to a beach. the house was old as described but we enjoyed our stay there. perhaps a couple of pedestal fans would make it cooler at night

We, as a whanau are completely mesmerised, at our luxurious stay in your air bnb. We came to honour our dads unveiling, and that we did, but all people spoke about was how beautiful something in little ole Gizzy was, hidden above the clouds and when we sat down & closed our eyes, it seemed like we were in a completely different country. The environment was tasteful, the cleanliness was superb, and every space was delightful to clear one’s head, everything was as if we had won the lottery. Thank you so much for allowing us to endure such a panoramic view from all angles.. It was such a pleasure to wake up to a magnificent enclosure which is going to take months to get over from. In true honesty Hayden, it was hard for everyone to leave. Once again Hayden, I shall be honoured to tell the world about your little paradise, & how we as a whanau loved every minute of our stay.
