Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Girona

We very much enjoyed our stay here, the house exceeded our expectations. The area near the house was very quiet (we went in December, I don't know what it's like in Summer) and close to various supermarkets. Communication with the host was fluid, rapid and informative. The whole area was very dog friendly which was important for us. L'Escala is more than just a beach town, there are many interesting places to visit and things to do. I would thoroughly recommend staying here and would do so again without hesitation.

Josep's house is very well equipped, cared for and clean. The dining space is spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the fireplace. The village of Monistrol de Calders is quiet and interesting. We had a really nice weekend there.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. It's so close to the center of town and the beach. If you get the chance to stay here, do it!

Amazing place to relax and walk around. The apartment is awesome, big kitchen and living room, beautiful terrace with an amazing view. It’s just a couple minute walk away from the little village of Vilanova de Sau, where there is a restaurant and a place where you can buy some basic food. The host was super nice and welcoming, always smiling and enthusiastic, she really made us feel at home. Only downthing: there’s no public transport reaching Vilanova, but if you have a car it’s super close to the lake and to the bigger town of Vic.

The cabin was cosy, with great attention to detail, lovely wood burning stove and very quiet & peaceful. Airun was very kind and helpful.

Very lovingly renovated house in the old town of L'escala. 3 floors with roof terrace and view of the nearby sea. 3 bedrooms with double beds and good mattresses. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Bathroom with shower on the 2nd floor. Toilet on the ground floor with outdoor shower as 2nd bathroom. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you need. Very central and quiet location. Lots of restaurants and shops just around the corner. Parking directly at the house is not possible, but about 10 minutes away in a residential area. In L'escala itself, everything is within walking distance or by a very funny little train that also goes to the nearby beaches. The house itself is well air-conditioned. Upstairs there is a strong air conditioning. On the middle floor, there is no air conditioning for the two bedrooms there. We were four in the house for 1 week and had a very nice time. The house is a real gem. Highly recommended. Thanks to our hostess Mariona and her father.

My family and I had such a great stay at Mariona’s. The scenery couldn’t be beat and it was such a peaceful getaway that was perfect for our Thanksgiving. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more, we’ll definitely be back!

The accommodation met all our expectations! Parking is easily accessible, the apartment has a superb terrace facing the sea, it was very nice!

This beautiful and charming apartment was exactly as described. It was quite spacious for my husband and myself, and in the perfect location for seeing attractions and having great meals (the hosts provided a long list of nice restaurants), as well as only a 20 minute walk from the train station. Girona was lovely, but unfortunately we did not realize the number of restaurants that were closed Sunday and Monday and could not return to some favorites. Still plenty of options, though.

Gemma's place is super cozy. It has the charm of belonging to the old coal mining town of Cercs, completely renovated and adapted to the needs of any traveler who wants to disconnect from the city and reconnect with nature. A very quiet environment, with no noise or hassles of any kind. Ideal to enjoy the company of your loved ones with unbeatable views in a very quiet place in the middle of the mountains, very close to the Cadi-Moixero Natural Park. Your host, Gemma, is the icing on the cake for this experience. Friendly, approachable, practical, attentive and with a lot of initiative to make your experience in Sant Corneli worth remembering.

Everything inside what they expected

Lovely apartment in the heart of Girona, a three-minute walk from the Cathedral and within walking distance of many of Girona's attractions. The apartment has a wonderful modern renovation, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of two bathrooms. Thank you very much Eva for your hospitality and friendliness. This is an apartment you want to come back to. I definitely recommend it ❤️

We had a wonderful stay in Cadaquès, and Carole's apartment contributed greatly to it. The location is great, in the heart of the village, overlooking a pretty little tree-lined square, with a breathtaking view of the bay and the rest of the village. The accommodation is large, bright, tastefully decorated, with a more than generous terrace, a large living room, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine that was immediately adopted by our teenagers. The kitchenette is super functional, equipped with top luxury (induction hobs, dishwasher, ovens, etc.), with everything you need to cook, dishes for several meals, dishes, nice bowls, in short, perfect we tell you. We walked around the area a lot, that was the goal, but we also had a lot of fun coming back to our base, lazing in the sun with a book, playing cards, having an aperitif, dine at home... As for Carole, she was a perfect host, welcoming, available and with good advice.

Just arrived home from our 2 week stay in Villa Rosa. Bojana was the perfect host and the Villa was exactly as the photos suggested and as described. My family had wonderfully relaxing 2 weeks in a beautiful location. The views were worth the price alone. Bojana was always available for advice and helpful recommendations and I would not hesitate in staying again in the future. 5 stars all round

This a wonderful home for a peaceful and luxurious stay in a beautiful village. The home was impeccable on arrival and has an excellent kitchen with high quality utensils and appliances. All the comforts of home. The hosts could not have been more responsive and helpful. This place is a 10/10! Highly recommend!

The perfect, private, hillside villa. The family all loved the pool, darts and chess boards and well stocked larder and kind gifts (wine and crisps) for our arrival. The place is beautifully decorated. Thank you so much Daphne.

We really enjoy the place, that is better than on the pics. Isolated house, we really spend some great time, taking cocktail with my friends in front of such an amizing view on mountains. Altought october we even got the chance of a rapid swim ;)

The house is pleasant and spacious. There were 16 of us, but we didn't feel cramped. The pool and its surroundings are very well maintained and the garden is lovely. We had a great time at this very welcoming home.

We came to stay in Santa Coloma for a mountain biking weekend, the house is perfect and close to the biking spot! Silvia is responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely be back I recommend
