Great place!! Gayan was super nice and the room was super clean! Also best breakfast we had so far :) The only thing is that the location on Airbnb isn’t the right one, so we were a bit surprised when we were told that.. but other than that I would recommend 1000%!!

We spent two nights with Madara and her family. The accommodation is quietly located, surrounded by forest. The room is spacious and has air conditioning and a great mosquito net. Upon request, we were served a delicious vegan breakfast. Madara and her family are incredibly warm-hearted people, very attentive, and wonderful hosts! We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

What an amazing hidden gem. Our hosts could not do enough for us and we stayed an extra day. They organised a tuk tuk tour that included Sigiriya and Dambulla and other local beauty spots and also a safari to nearby Hurulu Eco Park where we saw lots of elephant. The house location is perfect overlooking the lake. We stopped at a restaurant that provided Take Away for our dinner and breakfast was provided. Would love to return but hope others have as much enjoyment as we did and 100% recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Dhanushka's place near Lion Rock. The location is perfect, with stunning views of the jungle and Lion Rock from the terrace—a truly magical experience. Dhanushka welcomed us with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch after our journey. Throughout our stay, he was extremely kind and helpful, going out of his way to assist us in planning activities and exploring Sigiriya. The breakfast he prepared for our group of five was fantastic—delicious, fresh, and more than enough to fuel us for the day ahead. The house is clean, comfortable, and ideally located for anyone visiting Lion Rock or the surrounding area. Dhanushka's hospitality truly made our trip special. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Sigiriya. Thank you, Dhanushka, for making our trip unforgettable! 😊

We had the room with view on the pool and field, which was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Lucky showed us around town and was always available. Room was large. Breakfast was included and we had delicious dinner twice for a very good price. Would highly recommend.

I recommend the place. He is a fantastic and helpful guy. Tree house experience was enjoyed by kids.

highly undersold. Was looking for a simple place to stay for two nights and was surprised by the beautiful hotel and surrounding. highly recommend the food options. The dishes (especially breakfast) go far beyond the usual eggs and fruit or even restaurant options. Very destinced dishes that I have not been able to eat anywhere else. Lastly. Milan is a great host, friendly with a great sense of humor who was nice to talk with. his recommended activities where very cool and e.g tuktuk drivers provided nice guys who are very professional.

Unfortunately, we more than enjoyed our very short stay. The property is not far from local streets restaurants and Mount Sigiriya is only 10min away by car. You will be welcomed with damp cloths and drinks. Extremely attentive staff. You can get in touch with staff day or night because of any issues and everything else. The rooms are wonderful. In the middle of nature, with balcony in the green. But beware, as it is very (too) clean, there is a risk at low risk in the accommodation :D very nice complex also with pool area. We were surprised that the breakfast was included! It was wonderfully prepared with an explanation about the respective (typical Sri Lankan) products. We felt very comfortable and above all thanks to the loving, attentive employees. Thanks again for that.
