Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gilly-sur-Isère

We spent three magical days at Sarah's: very accommodating and discreet host! The cottage is spacious and charming; a real place to relax. We were able to take advantage of the ski resorts (Orelle is a 40-minute drive to the 3 valleys) as well as nearby hikes. We'll definitely be back to the little nest :)

We really had a great time in Chanaz, Emmanuel's house is really very beautiful, and very nice in summer because the ground floor is very cool! We were very well received, even with a vegetable crate from the garden, a treat. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

Great place. We only stayed one night there, but everything was fine, and very comfortable Tastefully decorated home. Thanks to Celine for hosting us and for her kindness . We'll be back.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful chalet. Everything was perfect, from impeccable cleanliness to more than complete equipment - there was absolutely nothing missing, we had everything we needed and even more! Marie and Philippe were very responsive. They answered all our questions quickly and were very welcoming when we arrived. The cottage is ideally located, with breathtaking views of the mountains. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. We highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a stay on the mountain. A little extra that made the difference for us: thank you to the hosts for accepting our two dogs who follow us everywhere!

Sarah and Claude were very welcoming even before we arrive. They welcomed us at the check-in giving us a lovely gift, plent of tips, instructions on how stuffs worked in the house, etc We spend Christmas week and the house had everything we needed to cook, the rooms were big and comfortable. We do recommend staying at Les Gites de la Forge.

We had a wonderful stay with friends. The cottage is very large and typical, very well appointed and extremely equipped. There's nothing missing! Dishes in quantity, 2 raclette machines, 2 fondue appliances, small grocery store and even a sodastream! The rooms are very spacious and the lobby is very convenient for returning from the slopes. Don't go over it because it may no longer be available for us next time 😉

Very cocooning accommodation. We had a great time and recommend this very well-equipped apartment to all.

We loved our stay: living space was great for cooking and hosting, with a balcony overlooking the slopes. Parking under the unit made getting there easy, and the slopes are just across the street with a convenient ski room on the ground floor for tucking away all your equipment from the day. We have already recommended to friends and would stay again!

Very good stay in this accommodation. Well arranged, bright and well exposed. Direct access to shuttles, slopes about 100 meters away, right next to shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurant, bar...)

The apartment was perfect for 5 of us. Really well kitted out, great layout, comfortable beds and good shower. We loved being walking distance from the lift, pub, shop - which meant we could come and go as we pleased and the kids could walk back for to the lift, shop. The apartment was well kitted out with equipment, especially in the kitchen and had a great layout - in a U shape with the kitchen/dinning area on one side and the living area on the other. It was modern in feel and everything worked well.

Good value and lots of space for a one-bedroom apartment. Easy walk to bettex and amenities, and the library is very close by and has free activities for babies and small children.

Spacious, clean and functional accommodation, consistent with the photos. Ideally located for a break in the countryside, between the mountains and Lake Annecy, offering superb landscapes. Very good advice from Cathy for beautiful hikes from the cottage. Excellent welcome from Cathy, very caring, and special mention to her husband who showed us the entrance to the cottage on arrival with a lot of humor. Don't miss the homemade reblochon cheese sold right next door at the farm restaurant. An exotic and invigorating stay! I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation. Marianne was very thoughtful with a tree on when we arrived, the kids were thrilled! Everything was impeccable in the house which is very spacious. There were 7 of us including 3 children and two more small dogs and we didn't walk on them, everyone could have their own space. Close to the St François longchamp ski resort 30 min away, recommended by Marianne. Great for teaching kids skiing And finally the point that was most important for us was to find a house that accepts dogs ( and it's increasingly rare), again a big thank you to Marianne.

Pleasantly surprised . Very well located and very beautiful house . Very functional and clean . Host quick to communication . Very nice to find an airbnb at a good price. I highly recommend it with lots of shops and restaurants nearby . We'll be back because there's a nice walk to do . Thanks a lot

Beautiful home, clean, true to photos. The environment is quiet, nice view. Good bedding Good value for money. I did not have the opportunity to meet the host but he is very responsive, accommodating and friendly by message I highly recommend it.

We spent a week at the end of February with six of my friends. We were very well hosted, in person, by Mrs. Favre. I have received simple and clear instructions on the use of the property and its amenities and am satisfied with the interaction I have had. The house is very comfortable and there is, indeed, no hot water problem. The temperature remains constant even without a fire after the sunset. Amenities work well and the kitchen is provided enough to help prepare small dishes. In conclusion, this house allowed us to have a beautiful week, thank you again!
