We had a wonderful time. It was a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. The hosts were great on communication and always responsive. The beds were comfortable. The theater was great! They were great with reminders to put out the trash and responded quickly with any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying with them.

Beautiful place peaceful laid back neighborhood

I had some trepidations when we first got there, but Yainiza was so very helpful through each and every step of our trip clearing my head of any trepidations. Of all of the times we've been to Tampa, she was by far the most quick to respond to our needs. Almost instantaneous!!!! The pool was lovely and cleans as it could have been. I'd rent this property again.

What a wonderful stay! Jose was a perfect host and this home was welcoming (smelled great), bright, beautifully decorated, well stocked and ready to provide us the perfect sanctuary while visiting family in Lakeland! March Madness had begun so the multiple large screen TVs were appreciated! The furniture and the master bed were cozy! It was just my husband and I so plenty of space, but also room for more family to come next time. Master bathroom is outfitted with tub, shower and plenty of space to spread out. We loved using the pool/spa during the day and enjoyed a game of pool at night. The pond view while using the pool was an added bonus. The area is very peaceful! Felt right at home and hope it is available for our next trip south! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

We had a last minute change of plans and Mark was able to accommodate our family. Pool was wonderfully warm, beds were comfy, space was cozy. Will be back!

This place was amazing, it was exactly what we were looking for. We have two young kids and having a pool (with a slide!) in the backyard was the perfect fit. Convenient, fun and private. We arrived late at night after a day of traveling and the fridge was stocked with food and drinks. On the counter was a full loaf of unopened bread, a batch of bananas and unopened peanut butter. It was so nice not having to worry about going grocery shopping right away. Lots of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The on-site laundry allowed us to pack light. We went in late March and the pool was heated to make sure the water felt nice even if it was a bit cool outside. If you’re looking for a place that is walking distance to nearby attractions, this probably is not what you’d be looking for. We went to the Florida Aquarium, Fort DeSoto, mini golfing, and to Doc Ford’s for dinner. All were between a 20-40 minute drive. Overall, amazing place and tons of fun! Phillip and Kathleen are great hosts!

We absolutely loved our stay in this house!! Our main priority was separate bedrooms for our teenage son and our preteen daughter to have their own space and this house was perfect!! The rooms were very good size and the master bed/bath was HUGE!!! The beds were very comfy and we loved that the fridge had ice and a water dispenser! We had a little hiccup when originally checking into the house with the passcode not working, but Hannah responded to my message almost immediately, even with it being late at night, and got us into the house in no time!! We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on our next trip down to Tampa!!

We had a great stay at Karina’s place. Perfect amount of space for our family of 4 with 2 young adult children. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Loved the closeness to walk to Walmart. Absolutely everything we wanted and needed. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Tampa!

WOW … what a great place to stay. This house feels like home!! It is very tastefully decorated, and it’s well stocked with everything you need - including spices, soaps, pool towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, and even an car vac and air compressor. Their effort to make our stay memorable was appreciated. If we are in the area again … we will be staying here❤️

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink House in Dunedin. The house was clean, well maintained and had a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Location was great, just blocks from downtown with tons of restaurants and breweries to choose Erin Erin was a great host. She was proactive sharing information about the property and check-in. Absolutely beautiful home and property. Felt right at home. The property and home were exactly as described and Joe was very responsive. The well water was something to get used to but nothing that was any concern. Unlike most airbnbs, Joe didn’t have a laundry list of things to do while checking out which was a relief due to the fact of having to catch a flight there’s local farm stands around to check out and the location isn’t too far from restaurants and other places! If we plan on traveling to the area again this property is definitely going to be top contender!

Loved the location right down from Bay to Bay. We did the spring training circuit so the house was in an ideal location. Also used Uber to go to the hockey game!!! ☀️🌴

We had a great Spring Break at Cara’s home. My 6 year old loved the mini swimming pool and my dog loved the big back yard. The beds were super comfy and the whole house was spotless! Cara was also a very friendly host and went out of her way to bring us some beach chairs and umbrella to borrow for the beach. Thank you Cara!

The house is clean and private. Nice patio and pool. Dishwasher is good. Rooms are good. The master toilet is little tight to straighten the legs. Hosts are responsive and helpful. House size is kinda small for the high pricing. Maybe it is due to the demand and the hurricane. Overall rating should be 4.5-4.8.

This was such a relaxing getaway for a family of 6! Large space , beautiful private backyard with nice shaded areas, as well as sunny. Lots of things for kiddos to play with in pool area, as well a beach gear-which was helpful! The location was perfect for us as we had a car to drive to the beach, and enjoyed the privacy /quiet of the neighborhood. We will hopefully be back!

Great place, quiet neighborhood. Pool was clean and a comfortable temperature. Aesthetically pleasing home with plenty of space, very comfortable. Close proximity to Indian Rocks beach. Would definitely stay again.!
