Vacation rentals in Gialova

Jeannette's place was very conveniently located for our winter weekend in the city of Kalamata. The house was very clean upon our arrival and mostly everything functioned perfectly. Jeannette was very responsive and made us feel at home. I would suggest to prepare a small map of the exact location - not via google maps - a simple hand drawn map. The fact that it is inside a hidden alley doesn't come up on the app. Also, the garden needed better cleaning. Of course we arrived after a period of heavy rains however, the garden looked like it hadn't been tended to for a while. With a lot of cat dung. Overall, it was a great weekend, we enjoyed our walks around the city and drives in the surrounding areas. We were lucky weather-wise too!

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

The location is very good, beautiful surroundings, from the outside you can see the beach below (you sit under the tree, it has a table and chair and you enjoy the view and the breeze). They want a car. The house is small and beautiful, it has everything you need. Everything was functional and as he mentioned it. Magda is very discreet and her dad is great. Beautiful home, well kept and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. 5 min walk to the bus stop, which was great for our stay because we did not rent a car and went all around the region with day trips with fantastic service from Ktel. A 10 min walk from two plateias / squares with ample food and drink and shopping options. Further from the beach by foot, but only costs 5 euros to get a taxi to the beach and boardwalk and a 10 min drive. Highly recommend this stay!

The level of attention and detail provided by the team was unparalleled. I felt as though we had a private concierge on hand for anything we needed. Stunning space, the type of home you don’t want to leave. Bravo!

The studio was just like in the pictures and was overall very cozy. It's very close to the beach and the area was very calm and peaceful, but I was there in the off-season. The WiFi was also great and I had no problems working remotely for the 2 weeks I was there.

Host was responsive and checking in and out was very easy. Place is as described. It's great that all bedrooms have attached bathrooms but a couple of the bathrooms were rather small. We were a group of 10 adult friends but if you have both adults and children up to 10 it will be very comfortable. The villa is located on a little hilltop so the sunset daily was so beautiful...nature at its best. We had 3 days of wedding reception, planned lunches, dinners and drinks nearby so the location is perfect for us. The drive downhill (parts of it along the beautiful coast) is about 30 minutes to town and 45 minutes to the airport. Excellent stay. Thanks Nikos.

The host was very helpful during our stay. My daughter got sick and the host helped us with an appointment the same day. The house was great with the best view and sunset. You have to have a car to get there and to go to the beaches. The only minus with our stay was the hungry cats at the house. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great stay in an amazing place. The location was very convenient, the place was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Totally recommend
