Booked this place for a girls trip. Location was amazing and easy to walk to downtown, with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. There were 4 rooms and we were able to fit 8 adults. Two of the rooms are smaller, but the living room and dining spaces were very comfortable and that’s where we spent most of the time when we were at the Airbnb. The host was very responsive during our trip. We would definitely come back again!

We chose this cottage for our former college roommates' 3-day getaway. It was exactly what we needed. Beautiful views, a hot tub, comfortable beds, and great amenities. Bright, cheerful, clean, and the wallpaper was fun. Lovely view off the back deck. David had many recommendations for food and things to do. The road up to the place was tight, especially in an SUV so we chose to venture out only in daylight. Check-in and check-out were easy. We loved our stay!

We had the most amazing time staying in this treehouse. It was peaceful, serene, comfortable, and the ultimate place to unwind and relax. We loved listening to the birds and creek in the morning. We were warm and cozy even though it was chilly outside. The craftsmanship of the treehouse is exquisite! Everything is so well done. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed walking the trails on the property. It was only a 12 minute drive to great restaurants nearby. It felt safe and private. Bring wood for the fire pit if you want it. Although it’s kind of a silly thing to note, I am terribly afraid of spiders and don’t like most bugs. I didn’t come across either in the treehouse the entire time we were there. It’s very clean and allows you to enjoy the natural beauty around you without “roughing it” like when you’re camping. We will absolutely visit again. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

The neighborhood and house is simply stunning. You’re staying in an addition to their home with your own entrance. The spiral stairs leading up to the entrance can be tricky while you’re carrying luggage. Downtown Sebastopol is a 15 min walk. Renegades coffee is our fave for breakfast and coffee/tea. The space is inviting and comfortable. A perfect stay!

A spacious, private retreat in Santa Rosa. This home was able to easily and comfortably accommodate 5 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with the small appliances and pots/pans to cook, bake, or simply brew a nice cup of coffee/tea. All the beds were comfortable. The HVAC was able to keep the house warm in what was otherwise a cold rainy and windy day. Plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained! Not really a con ~ but if you need to hop into work meetings, the WiFi might not be up to par. No issues just switching to a T-Mobile Hotspot from our phones. Host is very responsive and gave clear instructions as well as additional information on the area in a binder. Easy checkout, too. Great place that we'd love to return to in the future! Thank you!

Laura’s place was perfect for us and our stay in Sonoma. It had everything we needed and was close to wineries and downtown Sonoma. Laura was very responsive and offered great recommendations! Would definitely stay here again!

Idyllic cottage respite. Rustic, not rusty! Feels worlds away in the countryside yet just two miles or less from wineries, restaurants and downtown/Sonoma square. Minimal kitchen (small fridge) but can accommodate lighter fare such as sandwiches, yogurt/parfait for bfast, charcuterie, or take-out (bring back and eat on the lovely wraparound porch, watch an amazing sunset and listen to the peaceful nightlife). Four people max — trundle and one queen — but it was comfortable and a wonderful setup for our needs. Dim bath lighting but fixable. Very fluffy towels and nice linens, plenty of seating for inside or outside dining/lounging. Hosts are on property but unobtrusive/unseen. We were greeted with a beautiful bottle of wine and some light provisions to help us unwind and settle in. Definitely would come back. Thank you, Kathleen!
