Juan Pablo's apartment is really well located, you can really do everything but really everything on foot . clean apartment, matches photos and the host is available by phone in an issue. It felt right at home. I would like to recommend it again in a second.

Perfect location close to IE business school, where I needed to study. The photos don’t really show how beautiful and comfortable the studio apartment is. As someone from NY, this was plenty of space for me and met all of my needs. Strong WiFi, comfortable bed, quiet place, a balcony, and plenty of closet space. I felt right at home, which enabled me to do my best while in the throes of intense, rigorous studying. The host was very gracious and excellent with communication, easy check in, and no problems. Enrique was a wonderful host. Getting to the apartment was super easy and was kind enough to keep our luggage after check out. The location is central to everything and made walking everywhere so easy. The apartment does not get much light but we were outside all day so wasn’t an issue. Overall, we felt safe and loved that Enrique was nearby for any concerns.

The house is as described and seen in the listing, very comfortable, very easy to get to and in a beautiful area, we had the heating set upon arrival which was very grateful, the kitchen has everything, the bathrooms well equipped and the beds very comfortable. It's a large house ideal for families. We would do it again without any hesitation.

Highly recommended accommodation for a gathering of family and friends with children, since it has a large garden plot with facilities and equipment for the children to have a great time.

i stayed there for 6 days with 4 people, the place is perfect even for one more person. The house was very clean and spacious for everyone, recommended! although it can seem far from the center of Madrid the access to the metro is very easy and direct to Gran Vía. The neighborhood is quiet and you have several shops/ supermarkets nearby. communication was super good and very attentive to everything.

the house great, much better than the photos, has a patio mogollón. We went to spend an end of the year there a group of 9 people and we were at home, we had a lot of intimacy and since there were not many houses nearby we could be inside the house with music with no problem disturbing any neighbors. Extremely comfortable beds with a lot of blankets that were super warm. Marco and his family are very friendly, we will definitely come back in summer so we can enjoy the patio and the pool

IF THE HOUSE IS VERY GOOD, THE LOCATION EXELENTE, A VERY NICE PLACE TO WALK ALTHOUGH I GET THE RAIN, THE HOUSE WAS AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS EVERYTHING GREAT, THE PERSON IN CHARGE VERY ATTENTIVE AND RESPECTFUL AT ALL TIMES, TO PUT ON BUT THE ONLY QE GAVE US A LITTLE PROBLEM WAS THE SHOWER THAT HAD LITTLE PRESSURE AND THE HOT WATER CHANGED COLD WHEN I WANTED HAHAHAHA BUT GOOD IF WE REALLY LIKED THE HOUSE WE RECOMMEND IT 100/100 AND VOLVERMOS WITHOUT THINKING BUT YOU SEE IN VERANITO. The apartment is very convenient and comfortable, ideally located within walking distance of public transport and in a quiet environment. Communication with Pedro was easy and seamless. We recommend!

Very well located. Well I supply. Just two negative aspects. The bathroom is too small for my taste but serves its purpose. There is a construction on the adjoining plot and there is a lot of noise during the day. In the evenings, no problem. Excellent area, ideal for walking and has many restaurants nearby.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Liron was such a good host - provided great recommendations, super easy to communicate with and very flexible accommodating our check-in! The place is in a great neighborhood, easily walkable to a ton of stuff, definitely recommend!
