Villa vacation rentals in Gessate

Iride was extremely responsive before and during our stay, proving my husband and I recommendations for taxis and take away dinners. Her home was exactly as described and the view was stunning despite us staying on a particularly rainy weekend. The only downside was the hill that the home is located on. The walk down the hill is a little frightening as there are long stretches without a sidewalk and a lot of blind corners. We ended up taxiing most of our time there but it is possible to walk to town, just be careful of the cars! The view made it worth it for us though!

We had a lovely two-night stay at Sara‘s place! Big rooms and cosy place. Sara was really friendly and a great host. A cool playground nearby and walkable from the train station.

Family and friends' New Year's Eve and Night! We were greeted with the fireplace on and had a serene evening. Elisa has satisfied all our requests in a kind and punctual way. The garden is really well cared for, lit and perfect for our German shepherd...everything is fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at Giorgio's villa, which is located in a lovely area just a pleasant walk from the Duomo. Giorgio was an excellent host, always quick to respond to our questions. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Mario , Elisa and Giuseppe were all great with communication and showing us around the apartment. It was very easy to find and the apartment was very big with en suites in every room. Big kitchen and big lounge. Only thing that was missing was an oven. Would highly recommend

Staying in the Casa Geroldi truly was a pleasure. The house and the garden are an absolute dream. Alberto and Bruna really are lovely hosts and you can tell, they love what they are doing in a lot of details. The place is equipped with everything you need, from cooking appliances to a laundry machine. If you’re looking for a quiet and beautiful refuge in the lombardian countryside - this is the place!

Elisabetta's house is perfect for family gatherings! With 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, each family had space to evolve. The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding area, including Bellagio and Como. Our host's welcome was perfect, Elisabetta is very responsive if we need anything. Go there without a second thought!

We stayed with 8 girlfriends at this fabulous villa to discover Milan. Located 30 minutes from Milan and 30 minutes from Lake Como, it was for us the right compromise, if you are transported. The listing was as pictured, as described. The instructions were very explained for self check-in, very easy to access. Ability to park in the undergrund garage. The interior is very spacious ideal for large groups/families. The house was clean and all the amenities stated were present and functional. The setting is very peaceful, no noise from the neighborhood, very little traffic on the road, with the park in front of the house. And the hosts were very responsive to any questions. Thank you for this ease of access, this superb well maintained house, for your responsiveness and kindness. And for all these reasons, I would highly recommend this listing. Thanks for everything!

We had an incredibly wonderful stay. Sonia was so friendly and helpful - lovely place. Close to great lakeside restaurant (Terrazzo Olmo) - fun walk by the lake to town. Delicious breakfast provided. And on the last night she had 2 chefs in for a 4 course restaurant quality dinner in her kitchen - our top event from our 1 week stay in Italy. Couldn't recommend this place more. Really terrific.

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

Very nice villa with a very good view over the Lugano lake. We had passed a very good time. The villa is quite big, clean and well equiped. There is a jacuzzi on the third floor and barbecue outside. (We have tried both of them) Marco have replied to our messages actively and in time. Thanks for the hosting

The house is solid and vintage with thick walls which means it holds the house cool. So these late September nights before heating season it was chilly at night so be sure to have warm PJ’s and slippers. The walk to town is not too bad little treacherous at first and quite unpleasant in the rain but managed it fine. Very convenient for ferry and train access and easy to get around the lake via quick train to Varenna or ferry right to Bellagio from Lierna dock with limited schedule. A little too chilly a week for us to use the pool which looked awesome. All in all we had an excellent stay and would stay again in future.

Lovely villa was perfect for 8 of us we did get lost sometimes but was funny! Plenty of space. Pool table was great too had plenty of games on it in the evening, kitchen well equipped if you decide to stay in and cook. A car is a must to get to the town otherwise it’s a long hard walk back up! Found a perfect little bar 5 minute walk away from the villa. Michelin star restaurant(Giardinetto) in the town was really lovely, we told them in advanced we had couple allergies and they where very accommodating. Worth a visit. Swimming pool was lovely, only down side is if you go later in the year it’s cold! So we only had swim couple times. But overall would recommend.

Simone is a very helpful and caring owner. The villa is a gem, independent, quiet and with the possibility of outdoor spaces. Huge TV and very comfortable sofa made my stay even more pleasant. Recommendation

The house is enormous and set on beautiful grounds. It can be very hot in summer and I wish that fans were provided but apart from that, a wonderful stay and professional hosts.

We had a great time we were hosting 8 young doctors who moved between Galeazzi and the San Donato of Zingonia. the only downside is the traffic, but this is not the fault of the house entering the garage, however, it is not intuitive to find the house otherwise the house is beautiful and very equipped thanks for everything

It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.
