Porter’s property is beautiful and peaceful. It was a great getaway for us. There was everything we could need and elevated amenities while being off grid. Porter was extremely helpful upon our arrival when we got our car stuck - which was avoidable and entirely our fault! He assisted us without hesitating, got our car unstuck, and saved us from a chaotic first day! We will be staying here again!

Olivia’s cabin was so cute! We really enjoyed our time there. It was so quiet and peaceful and perfect for a reset away from the city!

Perfect cabin getaway tucked away on a secluded road. Very convenient for skiing at Windham ~10 min drive. We enjoyed the hot tub, the cozy living room, and the comfortable memory-foam mattresses. Thomas was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

This is the perfect getaway if you just wanna get out of the city and unplug. The wood fire hot tub is a MUST! The hospitality and responsiveness from Jordyn is wonderful and greatly appreciated!!! We'll be back!

I really can't say enough about this stay. This house was amazing, stunning from its architecture, design, and decor. I felt so at home this entire stay, it was perfectly cozy for the wintery weather that rolled through adding to the overall charm. Amanda was so sweet and when I had to make some booking adjustments on my end she was fast to respond, understanding, helpful, and overall a great host! There were so many cool details to the house and the property took my breath away through every window!!! I would love to come back again and see this beautiful area for all that it is in all the seasons!!! I had such a fun time and will definitely be booking with Amanda again!! Thank you so much for such a special trip and helping facilitate some really wonderful memories!!! 1000/10 stars!!!!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Umi's mountain house in Prattsville! The Airbnb provided a cozy space to spend quality time together off the grid and enjoy the peaceful environment of small-town mountain living. Umi was very responsive and provided great local food and activities around the area. We came to the Catskills to ski, but we got so much more out of our stay because we booked the Catskill Mountain House!

Our stay was excellent! We really needed a place to relax and stay in contact with nature! Everything was great from the cabin to the hot tub, fire pit and bbq area! Smooth check in and check out - instructions are very well done! Cabin had everything we need it and bed was very comfortable! We’re definitely coming back! Thank you!!

I loved staying in this home and hope to rent it again. It is just a few minutes from town and nestled in the woods. The place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need.

My husband and I REALLY enjoyed Jeff & Sharon’s cabin!! It was the perfect place for a 4-day weekend away from home! As soon as we walked through the door, we felt right at home. Everything is described exactly as is and was extremely clean and comfortable. The cabin itself is quaint, but the cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows made it feel spacious. The river out back was so peaceful and exactly what we needed to take a few moments to breathe in the crisp, fresh mountain air. We even took a walk up the road (which was very quiet) and well kept, considering it had recently snowed. Sharon and Jeff were the BEST hosts. I love that they followed up and made sure we were settled in and there if we needed anything. Phoenicia is right around the corner and down NY-28 there are some cute shops, the Phoenicia Diner and Woodstock Brewery. Highly recommend stopping at Bettina’a Cafe in Phoenicia and Maeve’s Cafe for amazing coffee and good eats! We hope to be back very soon!!

We stayed here for a 3 day ski weekend with another couple with our kids and dogs. The location was perfect for skiing at Hunter. 5 minutes away from Hunter, 5 minutes away from the Tops supermarket. Not on a main road which was good for the dogs. The house itself had a nice ambiance, the wood burning fireplace stove in the living room was so nice. There were little touches that made the vibe very nice and cozy. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Victoria was very responsive and check in was very easy. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Katie’s place was the perfect weekend getaway, so cozy and peaceful. We loved the stylish decorations. The living room felt especially inviting with the fireplace and big, comfy couch. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare home-cooked meals. Everything was spotless! We can’t wait to visit in the warmer months to enjoy the great outdoors.

My family and I had a lovely time at Jon’s cabin. The cabin is so cozy and secluded yet 5 minutes or less from the main strip in Woodstock. The cabin has everything you’ll need for your stay and is decorated with Jon’s Grandfather’s artwork which was really cool to see. We would definitely recommend staying at Jon’s cabin, we felt right at home and would 100% stay again when back in the area. Jon is a wonderful host. Thank you for having us!

We had such a wonderful stay! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with pots, pans, and all the cooking equipment we needed—it made preparing meals so easy and enjoyable. The snowy weekend brought stunning scenery, and we loved just sitting by the windows, soaking in the beautiful views. The fireplace was a huge highlight! There was plenty of firewood and clear instructions to get it going, making for such cozy evenings. William was fantastic—super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and stress-free. This stay was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend! 🌟

We loved our stay at Joe & Barb's place! The cabin is delightful; beautiful surrounds, peaceful and quiet while being just a short drive from the amenities of New Paltz. Joe gave us great tips for nearby hikes, and we enjoyed a tour of the veggie garden (with full credit to Barb the gardener!), and hearing about the sustainability/eco-friendly initiatives of the property. Very happy to have stayed at Becca's AirBnb, we had a great time.

Even on a snowy days, we loved the lakeview provided at the cabin. The shower was great, and it was so nice for a hot shower after a day skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed, and utilized my quick cooking skills without a microwave. We enjoyed the small town cultural offerings at Catskills Foundation (20 min away), and the quiet of the land at the cabin. We all slept well, and appreciated the murphy cabinet bed utilized by our toddler, and was a cozy area for us all to watch a movie, since the couch is a 1-2 seater. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to visit in the summer/spring to break out the canoes!

My husband and I had a great stay at Mellissa's place! It was very quiet and peaceful. The space was clean and comfortable. We loved using the hot tub and being so close to Red Hook. Would highly recommend Mellissa's place for your upstate getaway!

We LOVE this cabin. This was our second stay here and it was just as awesome as the first time. The fireplace, turntable, tire swing, peaceful surroundings and more make this a really special place. On top of that, Whitney and William are so responsive, coming over quickly to do a needed repair. We’re looking forward to returning to Chatham soon!

We truly loved our experience at this sweet, cozy cabin for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday! It was so quiet and peaceful, the perfect setting for a relaxing weekend in the woods during a little snow storm. The kitchen and island were great for cooking and chatting, the bedroom was very comfortable for sleeping, the living room was PEAK coziness once you got the fire going, and the sauna was a great perk. All the personal touches made it feel so homey as well. If all you need is a good book, a great glass of wine, and a quiet setting for your perfect weekend escape, this is the listing for you.
