Vacation rentals with a patio in Germantown, Nashville

Brianna’s place was perfect for our need to be close to Vanderbilt hospital for a family member’s surgery. We were really only there at night, but the place was very clean and comfortable.

Donna’s apartment was perfect for a quick visit to Nashville. It was located in a very nice neighbourhood. It was clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. Donna was very responsive and made us feel at home for our short stay. I would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our girls weekend at this location. We arrived late and host was responsive and called us for assistance we needed. Home was clean and aesthetically pleasing. 10/10. I would book again.

Lovely stay that matched the property listing description. Parking was very easy the the location good to explore the city. Some noise from the train nearby but the accommodations themselves were good. A little trek to get things up and down the stairs, but check-in was easy, great clean bathroom with good water pressure, and kitchen facilities made for a nice stay. Wish the check-out time was a little later in the morning but 10am was okay.

This was the perfect space and location for our girls trip! It was close to Broadway and all the other happening spots in Downtown Nashville. We will definitely be coming back this Summer and will definitely stay here we loved it so much!

This weekend rental was all we could ask for- it was walkable distance to grocery store, easy uber ride to broadway, & spacious for a group of 10! We had a wonderful weekend.

We had ana amazing stay. Everything was how it was described and Steven & Carlos were more than accommodating. They had everything we needed, and we felt their personal touch from the moment we walked in. 10/10 would recommend

Clean place, quiet neighborhood, and good instructions on how to get inside the b&b! Price was pretty fair and definitely cheaper than a hotel that clean!

Good for bigger groups, lots of beds and bathrooms. Great rooftop areas. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Overall great stay for our bachelorette trip and we enjoyed it very much.

Great location with a great price. The beds were SUPER comfy and the place was perfect for a weekend in Nashville. One of the cats that roam the grounds became one of our best friends on our trip. There's plenty of space to walk the pups and the neighborhood was very quiet. We'd definitely stay here again!

There was 4 people and there was plenty of room. Lots of cooking utensils/ dish’s etc. we had a wonderful stay despite the fact that “ole man winter” followed us from Canada….

Beautifully decorated apartment in a good location. Easily took Lyft to broadway. Linda is a wonderful and accommodating host. Couldn’t ask for any better. Why pay almost double at hotels when you can have this beautiful apartment with a separate bedroom and full kitchen.

True embodiment of southern hospitality. Felt like royalty and so taken care of while staying here. David was very personable and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The space was luxurious. We were surprised how affordable it was for everything offered and being in a prime location. I will be coming back.

Kim was a very good host! Great communication, great view of the city. Walkable distance to broadway. The place was clean, and I would 100% book with Kim again!

Fantastic location, easy walk to Broadway and a few great bars even closer

This was a fantastic property - 2 BR and 2 BA with a great set up for us. The location cannot be beat and having the parking was awesome. It is on a main corner, so you can hear the traffic at some points, but it is truly nothing that bothered us at all. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was clean - I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location if you want to be close to downtown and the football stadium. The place looked like the pictures, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and additional linens. The hosts were very communicative and polite.

Great stay at nice comfortable condo. Bekah was very responsive and offered great suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the area. The location was great - easy walk or Uber to everywhere we wanted to go including Broadway, Germantown, etc. Plenty of free parking at the condo which is definitely a premium in downtown Nashville! I'll stay here again next time I'm in town.
