Vacation rentals with beach access in Georgia

I had an amazing two-month stay at this Airbnb! The pictures match reality. The building’s location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to the Grand Mall, with everything you need close by. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The host was always friendly and responsive. We left the apartment as spotless as we found it for the next tenants and can’t wait to return someday. I highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay in Batumi. Check-in at any time with the help of reception. The location is ideal for both business and tourism. I recommend it to everyone!

The apartment was clean and in a good condition, it was easy to check in and out. We asked for an earlier check in and host wrote to us as soon as the cleaning was done. Though Orbi is overall not a great place to stay at, this one was very nice. We liked the room and the host. Thanks a lot!

The place exceeded all our expectations: three cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room where we gathered for tea with Georgian sweets, played board games and just enjoyed communication with the whole family. The apartment is thought out to the smallest detail: comfortable and beautiful dishes, a fully equipped kitchen, including even a meat grinder. The host of the apartment deserves special thanks for the attention to detail and taking care of his guests. All issues were resolved quickly and with a sincere desire to help. You can see that he put not only strength into this place, but also his soul, to create perfect conditions for guests. Everything was so comfortable and thoughtful that even on days when it rained and didn't want to go out, we enjoyed spending time inside. Many thanks to the hosts for their warm welcome, coziness and care. We are sure that we will return to this beautiful place the next time we can and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The apartment was spotless clean and just as described. It has such beautiful city and sea views. Bed was very comfortable. Street where the building is located is very busy. But beach boulevard, shopping malls and lots of restaurants and shops are just few minutes walk away. The building is huge with hundreds and hundreds of apartments. And only 4-5 working elevators. Sometimes you had to wait for the elevaror quite long times. This is not ofc Egle's fault. Communication with Egle was easy. Thank you!

Cosy space, perfect for a quiet weekend away. The beach nearby and the friendly dogs were a bonus!

It was one of the pricier places that we stayed on during our trip, but worth it based on location, use of bikes, cleanliness, great host.

We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

I would like to thank Nino for the great time in Batumi! The place was perfect for having a workation as there was a table for work and also the seaside very close to the place. Also two perfectly working air conditioners were very important to me. It was also very quiet there.

Eleonora is a superb host, she has a spotless, modern, brand new apartment and everything went perfect here. Check in was easy, the sea and city views stunning. There is everything within walking distance, beach, shops, Ecomart and good restaurants. Those is one of the best places we stayed in Batumi as D tower is newer, everything clean and new. In January 2025 it was economical, great value, and quiet. Eleonora's apartment we will definitely rent again. Bathroom and kitchen super clean no dirt whatsoever compared to older Orbi A apartments which are not clean like this one. Eleonora responded quickly when we needed more toilet paper as we were staying a long time and within 15 minutes there was a man at the door with what was needed. 5* host. My wife and I thoroughly recommend Eleonora as her place is 5* but still economically priced. She is the best host we ever had on AirBnB. Five star recommended!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Diana was super responsive and even installed some blackout curtains at our request. The apartment is equipped for a long stay and was pleasant to rest in and the check-in went flawlessly. The location is close to the beach and has stores and restaurants all around for all needs. Thank you again for being so nice.

The house was spotless and far exceeded our expectations. There were all the amenities, everything we would need was available in the apartment. We stayed on the 28th floor and the elevator was a little scared, but it didn't cause any problems. There are shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance. The European square took 10 minutes via taxi to places like the statue of nino with ali. Mayya was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed. It was a nice experience, thank you ☺️
