This is a wonderful, cozy condo very close to the beach! We had 3 adults and one child and it was just the right size. The decor is very tasteful with a fun beach theme and was very clean. We loved having the different pools to choose from, and of course, the ocean being so close was the best! One morning, me and my sun threw on shoes and walked a minute to the beach to watch the sunrise......so beautiful! The beachfront bar & grill was a favorite also....fish tacos were so yummy! Check out the baby turtles in the pond between the main pool and the bar....so cute!!!! Thank you Jane & Rich, for providing a wonderful place for us to make so many great memories!

We have been searching for a new place for the last few years and have struggled with finding one that offers the things our family values in a reasonable price and convenient location to the beach. Andy's place was perfect! The townhome was wonderfully clean and furnished with all needed linens and beach supplies. We immediately felt right at home. The beach and pool were superb and we loved being so close to both. We had a phenomenal week and Andy's place is definitely somewhere we will be booking again!

This is the second time we have stayed there. In the perfect spot for us. Tara is very accommodating. We even left a package there and she was nice enough to mail it to us. We would def stay again if it available.

Loved this villa! I felt right at home. This will be my go to place to stay at when visiting family.

Beautiful location with views of the ocean no matter what room you are in. Quiet regardless of neighbors on both sides. The home had such attention to detail that made it so fun and peaceful/calming. Warren had quick communication with any questions and feedback asked before and during stay. Had a lot to offer for beach set up too!

Needed a quick place to stay with our dogs and Millers place had just what we needed. Close to the beach, gas station right out at the end of the road before getting on the main road, love the fenced in backyard and the mud room for the dogs. The neighborhood like he stated isnt perfect as there is no HOA but we didn’t have any issues at all.

Clean and spacious with a very nice view over the pond, screened in back porch and an outdoor grille in the backyard. We’ll come back again!

The property was conveniently located to Surfside Beach and Murrell's Inlet. ITrip was very responsive and very accommodating. The description was accurate and the beds were very comfortable! The area was peaceful and enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch. The only complaint would be we could hear people walking on the top floor of the property. I would definitely look to stay with them again!

Great place to stay for the week!! Lots to do in the area and the condo was awesome!

This is a wonderful condo situated on the lake with two screened porches and one open deck. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean, private, quiet and a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and there are ample towels and supplies. Litchfield By The Sea is a wonderful place. It’s safe and you can walk to Starbucks, grocery and several shops including a wonderful bakery if you like to walk. The host is very accommodating and a good communicator. We didn’t want to leave and will be back.

Great townhouse near the beach. The place was exactly what we needed for our trip. The home was very modern, extremely peaceful and the neighborhood was very quiet. The host was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. I was very pleased and will be staying there again in the future! I loved this place !

Stay was great, love that there are two full bathrooms! Located close to beach and many local restaurants and shops as described, love that! Place is exactly as represented as others have said, and I actually think the photos provided don’t do it justice because it really is a nice place and a little bigger than it looks from the photos. Nice large TV in living room, beds and pillows are very comfy , and central air is very nice. Also loved the use of the ceiling fans for that extra flow of air, located in living room and bedrooms. Rear porch is screened in, nice not having bugs allowed in. Host provides essentials, also very nice (hand & dish soap and sponges, shower and beach towels, trash bags and paper towels.) Plenty of parking. Clear instructions from host for check in and check out, and they were responsive. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our week long stay!

I loved the place. It was an overall great experience. The neighborhood was quiet. We had to travel alittle to do things but it was good to go back to our place of rest in peace.

Great walkable location to Marshwalk. Home is very close to busy 17 but once inside it’s super quiet! Comfy couch for relaxing after a busy day! Great proximity to everything! Great place!
