Good place to stay. Staffs friendly and helpful. Nature environment, peaceful, cooling. Great for family gathering. Just one thing not satisfactory is some of cutlery are rusted.

Me & my friends will definitely come again. Charis was so beautiful serene with waterfall & talapia pond. The host was very kind, they gave us the fish for foc for our bbq nite. The most amazing thing was i left my handbag at the gazebo during check out & contacted the pic abg udin. I just realized i left my handbag 30mins later! They found it & kept it until i return to Charis. Such a responsible & kind hearted person! Thanks to Fathin & team for a lovely gestures & hosting. Tqsm!

very feasible stay. just the slow water pressure of the water. others are very well maintained. we came in a big family. all requirements met. all amenities provided. if water pressure is good would have been a better experience as we were all getting ready for wedding

Clean and tidy house. The location is good and easy to find. It was easy for us to check in. The owner is friendly and helpful. 👍🏻

We love the stay! To start, Farhana is very responsive on chat and even video call me when i have issue with the TV. Jiran hood kinda quiet at days but at night we heard some knocking and drilling next door (1night stay). The Villa is a 4 floor listing, and the stairs were not that bad, but penatlah once you upstair and tertinggal barang jenuh nak turun balik 🤣. The house generally clean but not that squeaky clean, got minor stain here and there. All amenities for cooking is complete and sofa/tilam very cozy. We have so much fun with the pool. Check in/out is easy ~ Tmi : Masa 1st day, ada orang fogging hahaha and morning scenery sumpah lawaa dengan bunyi burung lagi. Very chill, very mindful. Overall we satisfied 👍

A very great and nice 3 storey villa with pool and huge chess set.The villa has also a lift which is very nice.Beatiful decorated and has 8 rooms which accomodate many people. Definitely will plan and come again.Tq for the having us.

We enjoyed our 3days 2nights stay at Intan Payong. A very private villa with large compound. Place was clean and well appointed. All facilities were in place. Weather was also cool and comfortable during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Intan & Yee were also there to receive us and show us around the villa.

The host is super nice, helpful and quick response. Host gives accurate instructions and is very thoughtful. The check in and out was very smooth. Very nice place, cozy, comfy, and clean. Thank you so much ❤️

stephanie is one of the hosts that i will cherish & remember. lets start with the exceptional customer service. she was super attentive on our questions & needs. she is also very accommodative to muslim guests as she prepared cutleries & food preparation tools that are muslim friendly. other than that, a helper is provided to be stationed there to help us out preparing the bbq grill or any helps needed. which i found quite rare and super helpful. next is the premise. very huge, serene and the views are magnificent. me & my team had the best night of our lives during our stay. its secluded from the hustle & bustle of city centre, which provides a peaceful & memorable stay. i highly recommend this place for those looking for a place to do staycation. may it be a weekend getaway, or team building. it suits every occasion. thank you again stephanie for accepting us to stay at Rimba Ria.

Me and my family of 15, had a wonderful stay here. The place is clean and very spacious, especially the ground floor. Love all the amenities provided. Vivian was nice, responsive and helpful! She is also very thoughtful to provide a separate cooking and eating utilities for us Muslims!! Though it is not enough because we are such a large family. Hehehe... Oh did I mention that she provides some halal snacks, too! We love the outdoor backyard where the BBQ pit and swimming pool area are, as well as the pool table and karaoke too! Thank you very much again for the wonderful stay, Vivian!

From the moment I arrived, everything was thoughtfully prepared, making my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Wendy was an exceptional host—very responsive, accommodating, and full of great recommendations for small gathering!

I enjoyed the stay here. Booked last minute and host are very accommodating. Facilities is top notch. Heated pool, excellent view and clean. The lift is a bit challenging from level 16 as there's people moving. Check in and checking out is very smooth and easy. Will come again. BTW the unit is corner and you have the view all to yourself.
