very quiet place,on arrival you may think that it is not good because there is a building with a work embargoed on the side,but as soon as you enter and rise everything changes,the landscape is spectacular,the condominium is well taken care of, a clean pool,and the very spacious and ventilated apartment,for those who want tranquility, privacy,can come without fear. downtown Pitangui is a bit still and for you to arrive in Christmas takes a certain 30 minutes,to the black tip 1 hour,to Jenipabu is close and the beach is very beautiful and great for bathing,you can go by ferry if you want a rsrsr adventure. The graçandu beach in front of the tbm condominium is very good,the Pitangui lagoon is 5 minutes away and is very good tbm. the only point that I think could improve would be the beds, we slept peacefully,but maybe other people do not sleep as well as they are springs. In the end,all wonderful,we intend to return for sure,I miss lying on the hammock , on that spectacular balcony.

The apt. is as advertised, everything very organized, good structure, super clean, has everything you need and more, as we were by car the location was great to go to the tours. The security at the entrance and exit is perfect. The family atmosphere, the way we wanted it. My family loved, you can choose without fear. Thank You Ismar and Neli.

Huge pool, cozy rooms, comfortable home. The kitchen is small and the refrigerator was not cooling very well, but there is another refrigerator outside that supplied us well.

The beachfront is under construction so I opted for other walks, but I believe that when it all ends a differential the condominium will have well ahead. Thank you again for everything!

Fantastic accommodation. Two full bathrooms, showers with very good pressure and hot water. Very comfortable bed. Aires conditioning works very well. The carport included is very useful and comfortable. Very safe building. Good beach options. Great place.

The apartment had everything needed for 1-2 persons, nice shared pool and just about the beach. very nice stay.

It is a nice apartment, cozy, has everything and some more. The condominium is excellent, safe, lovely and quiet neighborhood, pool space great for kids. The internet is very good too, I went to work there every day and had no problems with the connection, which is super important for those who work with it. The only thing that made me apprehensive was the arrival of the first day. The neighborhood is poorly signposted and even with the GPS I ended up entering the community that is close by, super weird. But after better locating me and finding the right path, it turns out it's not a dangerous location, on the contrary. Close to the beach, bakeries/restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Shoulder! The condominium is super safe. One of the nights we arrive there at dawn in a quiet way, only the city sign that is bad to get there but that is almost every Christmas with the exception of the center.

The stay in the apartment of Sra Magnólia e Sr Humberto was quite pleasant. Quiet environment, always available and helpful hosts. I really liked the experience.
