Amazing views and close to some of the best wineries in the area. Hot tub is across the street and provides great views of the lake and stars. Joan was an awesome host. She provided us coffee, snacks, and was very responsive. She met us upon arrival and pointed out things to note which was much appreciated.

Great place! Keep in mind apartment is attached to the hosts’ home. Beautiful scenery, close to Ithaca, and a great deal! Hosts were kind and responsive. Would stay here again if I find myself in the area.

David's house is a classic farmhouse with the comforts you need for a pleasant stay near the town of Ithaca as well and beautiful surrounding natural landscape. David is responsive and helpful, and the place is very comfortable for a family in different configurations. There is even a hot tub!

This is a very very cute place to stay! There is a nice area to walk around in and a lovely sunlight that comes in to wake you up in the morning. 10/10 would reccomend

Chance is a superior host! He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! His place is the perfect stay for peace and quiet. Such a fun and different place to stay, it’s great for couples or anyone wanting a relaxing place with things included to pass down time. Location is perfect for wineries and restaurants. I couldn’t recommend his place or Chance as a host any more. You won’t go wrong choosing to stay here!

Our stay at the bay couldn't have been better. far exceeding our expectations. Our hosts went the extra mile to make us feel at home, they were even accessible on their wedding day! The personal touches like healthy, tasty snacks and cozy blankets absolutely enhanced the already homey feel. Miranda and Brian are definitely 5-star hosts and we're already planning a summer stay at the bay!

Had a great stay Hot tub was relaxing. Branka added a lot of small touches and extra amenities that were very thoughtful. Super responsive host.

Great place to stay for a night or two. Suzanne's place was perfect for us. It was close to many of the areas we wanted to visit in Rochester. Her place was very clean and we felt comfortable. Loved the little coffee area! Private space. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay! Our hosts made us feel welcome and at home! The place was magical and nostalgic! We loved all of the care Joan had taken to make our stay feel like home - from the yummy baked goods, to the holiday decorations, restaurant recommendations in the village, to the cozy and welcoming furnishings. And what a cool view of the falls during the snowy and chilly time we were there! Thank you for making our stay very magical! We look forward to visiting again!

Great stay! The apartment has great charm and lots of space. It was clean and comfortable. Was not sure about the street and car noise, but it is amazingly quiet. It is also walkable to Monaco's or downtown if you prefer not to drive and very close to HWS. We would definitely stay here when in Geneva again.

Glenn and Diana’s place is a must stay!!!! The space was so cozy, clean, and comfortable. The sunsets over the lake are enchanting, and stargazing at night is incredible. Additionally, Glenn and Diana provided great recommendations for wineries, breweries, food, and activities in the area.

I loved it. Place was very beautiful, very peaceful. When ever I had questions they responded Very quickly. I would recommend ppl to stay there.

We had a great stay at Greg’s place! The apartment was perfectly located—everything we needed was within walking distance, making it so convenient to explore the area. The space was spotless, beautifully updated, and gave us plenty of room to relax after a day out. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed to feel completely at home. Greg was proactive, informative, responsive, and accomodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Really enjoyed our stay! We loved how the place came equipped with so many amenities, we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the coffee bar, games and record player. The place was very close to Bristol Mountain which was perfect for us.

My girlfriends and I had a great weekend at Outlook 2! We felt right at home and thought the location was great. We loved being able to walk to Monaco’s for coffee and downtown to grab dinner while still being so close to the wine trail. We would definitely stay at Outlook 2 again when traveling to Geneva!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect getaway location. It was a quiet, peaceful place with lots of things to do a short drive away. The place was very clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable as well. The hosts were very responsive. Would stay again!

Excellent location for our stay in Geneva. Jennifer did a great job communicating all the details. Comfortable couch and perfect setup to relax. Bed could use replacing but was sufficient. All in all, it was a good experience-Thank you!
