The apartment is beautiful, spacious and with a golf view, naval base, port and the sea, better impossible. The apartment has absolutely everything to pass a super comfortable stance, there was no kitchenette or missing item. The SUM for a meeting is great, we were able to spend Dec 24 with my family and it was an excellent experience. Arnold is very kind at all times and also the building's work team. I hope I can be back soon!

We had already stayed before and this experience was like the first time, excellent. The apartment is as described, clean, tidy and very well equipped. The building and its views are tremendous, located in front of the Golf and a few blocks from the commercial start of Alem and its area of influence in Playa Grande. Hector is a top host always available and with a very good vibe. To return again and again, super recommended

Hermoso y moderna departamento. The view is a dream, very comfortable and accessible meters from the sea. Very complete in terms of services and very good building facilities. The carport is uncovered but 2 cars come in. The truth is that we were very satisfied

A wonderful apartment with a perfect location! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is just a few steps away: shops, cafes, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it was very easy to reach the main attractions. The apartment fully matches the description, it is clean and cozy. There is also a gym in the building. The only downside is the poor sound insulation. Sometimes we could hear the neighbors, but it didn’t affect the overall impression much. The host was very attentive and always available, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time. Jorge was always attentive to everything we needed. The apartment was super impeccable with an incredible view of the sea, where waking up and opening the curtains was a privilege. The spa area and dream pools, super relaxing. The apartment was very nice, in the perfect location and with an excellent view. Not too busy, but close to downtown. View of the ocean and the city was beautiful. Host was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I can’t wait to go back.

Maria's house is great. It is super close to the beaches of Punta Mogotes and close to several shops. The house is comfortable and has good taste. We'll be back some other time!
