Mr. Ahmet welcomed us with gulery and sincerely. The house was located overlooking the sea and within walking distance to Akcagerme beach. It was easy to reach the center of Kaş and other beautiful beaches of Kaş by car. The house had all the necessary items for a house. Household items were new and tidy. It met our expectations. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Kasta.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

Great place to stay. Spacious appartment for two, quietly attached to the bigger villa, separate everything. Location is a killer - away for the crowd. Beautifully furnished, fresh and modern. Appliances are top notch. No problems at all. Very satisfying experience.

It is a spotless, sparkling clean house in every aspect, and a living environment has been created with more than enough to meet all needs. There's nothing short of it, we've come across more. Located on the main road, very close to Bim and Migros grocery needs. In addition to the sea view, Kalkan and Kaş plans are provided for 10-15 minutes. It was a very, very enjoyable stay as a family. We would also like to thank the host who created the facilities..

We rented a house for a week. Located in the mountains. Very clean air. The house is fenced, no one sees you. There is soft green grass on the territory, a clean swimming pool, a grill area, sunbeds and a swing. The house is clean and stylish, lots of dishes, there is a dishwasher and oven. Each room is air-conditioned. Everything was great, clean. Thank you for your hospitality, helpful host and his father. We will definitely come back again. There is a beautiful landscape around the house. A comfortable stay . ❤️

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Deniz, Mr. Şükrü and his wife for their interest, they helped us with everything and hosted us very warmly. The house was great. It was spacious and spacious. The cleanliness was impeccable. We felt like we were in our own home. It was bright. The house was so beautiful we didn't want to leave:) There is a pool both inside the house and in the garden. We spent most of our day in the garden and pool. If you want to leave the pool and enjoy the hot tub, it is also available :) We don't usually stay at home in the places we go; we explore the surroundings and nearby places. We didn't go exploring much this time because we didn't want to leave the house. The furniture, white goods, kitchen utensils, garden furniture, bed duvet were all clean, new and of good quality. There were enough closet drawers. Every detail has been considered such as a barbecue in the garden, a shower where you can bathe when you leave the pool, a small faucet, lighting, etc. There is parking and the door can be opened by remote control or phone. You can easily get in and out comfortably. Everything was so beautiful.

The hosts are a Passionate couple. We like them so much! There beautiful gorgeous house made us feel like home. Highly recommend!

Everything was thought out. The kitchen supplies and all the items in the house were sufficient. There was even a cake mold and a mixer. The hosts don't care about everything for your comfort. The house garden and the pool, which are meticulous about privacy, are not visible from the outside. The pool and house were spotless. There was no internet and electricity problem. One of the things that surprised us was the pool bed and the okey set. Thanks for the details.

Completely private pool area, no one can see. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are lots of restaurants that deliver directly to the place but you need to call and check. The villa is quite nice with lots of free space available, suits well for large families.

We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

We are very happy to stay in this house with wonderful sea mountain and valley views, where you can spend time peacefully among nature and greenery. The house was meticulously cleaned. It has its own private parking lot just below the house for your vehicle. You can also benefit from all the amenities of the fullmoon camp located right next to the house. We’ve looked for years to find the perfect place to stay in Kalkan & for us this was it! Right in the heart of the old town within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants & quirky shops. It was lovely to arrive back after an amazing meal in one of the local restaurants & relax on the terrace before going to bed in one of the lovely comfy beds! The property was exactly like the pictures & there were many lovely touches. It was nice not having to shop on arrival as there were ingredients for breakfast, including bread, coffee & most importantly , wine ( not for breakfast 😂) We definitely hope to be back.

Berk place was exactly as described, very clean, all what you think and not think in the kitchen… fully equipped house in every sense! Fully working condition air conditioner and showers, comfy beds and most importantly you feel like home without exaggeration.Berk was extremely responsive when contacted. All this is surrounded by club Patara amenities, free swimming pools, going down directly to the private swimming area with sea loungers taking the shuttle transport that the resort provides for free every 10/15mns up and down saves you the walk if you like . Amazingly clean and well looked after by a very friendly staff .overall we really enjoyed our stay at Berk’s place and I would highly recommend his place.
