Pleasant stay but away from shopping area and not much activities can be done at night other than gather together and chit chatting. Good for re-union

First of all, the place is located near some tourist attractions, eg. Ibarbo Park, Obelix Mini Zoo, Puri Mataram, Yogya Exotarium, and only 15minutes to nearest mall -Sleman City Hall.. Mr Andreas was already wait and greet us when we arrived, and explained all the house amenities.. the house is very clean, nice and comfortable.. 3nights we stayed and very pleased.. thank you Mr Andreas.. We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and spacious duplex house, which was perfect for our family of five. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Both the host and co-host were incredibly responsive and helpful. The co-host welcomed us on the first day with delicious traditional bakery items and gave us a thorough tour of the house, making us feel right at home. They also went above and beyond by assisting us in renting a car, which allowed us to explore two amazing archaeological sites in Jogjakarta. The hospitality, thoughtful touches, and comfort of the house made our stay truly memorable. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We love the peaceful surrounding with very helpful and friendly host. The house is interestingly artistic and semester to be very authentic. The location is also perfect for peaceful stroll while enjoying the Javanese traditional village and friendly People.

Fonie looked after us very well, preparing delicious breakfasts whatever time suited us each morning, and cleaning the room every day. The room is a little dark, but very comfortable and spacious. The location is convenient, very central.

From the moment I arrived, I felt a deep connection to nature. The lush greenery, the sounds of birdsong, and the gentle breeze created a truly peaceful atmosphere. The permaculture farm itself was a marvel, showcasing sustainable practices in action. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the farm-to-table meals. Breakfast and lunch were prepared using fresh, organic produce harvested from the farm. The flavors were incredible, and it was truly satisfying to know that I was eating food that was both delicious and sustainable. Especially the bread and jam made by Ibu! It was absolutely delicious and unlike anything I've ever tasted before!

Banana homestay offers just like hotel facilities, pak Miko is really thoughtful with the guest service. I recommend to stay here if you're traveling with baby because there's a shared kitchen. It's necessary to have access to kitchen when you're traveling with a baby to just cook or comfortably clean the bottles. If you need to iron clothes, pak Miko will gladly lend you one. Overall it was a great stay! And we plan to stay there again if we ever visit Jogja.

I can't thank enough for Bakti's team! D-3 I told them if there's a chance for me to change / upgrade the bungalow. And yes! They helped me to upgrade the bungalow. Quick response, very helpful. Nice bungalow, best view, and the breakfast was fantastic! I wonder am I the only local who have stayed in this fantastic eco-bungalow ahhaaha. Highly highly recommended for everyone and I would love to share this place to my friends and relatives.

Mas Arief's place is a wonderland of peace. It is about 20 minutes away from the city center, which is something to keep in mind. For me, this was absolutely perfect. The calmness of the village life was exactly what I needed. I stayed here for two weeks while finishing a project, and I was able to focus and relax at a very high level. The daily breakfast was always delicious and ibu kept the place spotless on a daily basis as well. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will come back.

It was an amazing experience! This place is like a small paradise. Starting from huge and tasty breakfasts ending with fascinating nature inside the villa. The place is in a good location, about 20 mins from the city center. You can rent a scooter or order a car with a driver right in the villa. Can ask for a laundry for additional money. Ari is an excellent example of a super host. He helped us with everything we needed during our stay, gave a lot of advices where to go and what to do. Also there is an opportunity to order a dinner made by him. Don’t miss that chance! It’s a traditional Indonesian dinner with a lot of dishes, super tasty. Thank you Ari! That was much better than I expected!
