Host and location was great.

The place was just as described, very nicely decorated, clean and bright. You can do all the necessary things on foot, around there are plenty of ways to find something to eat, there is something for everyone's taste. The harbor is very close to the accommodation, in the evening a cozy walk at the harbor is also possible and you are very quickly in bebek. There are plenty of markets in the. And the most important thing for me personally was to reach Mr. Ozan at any time, I received a helpful answer to my questions in no time. If I come again, I would like to book here again.

The owner was very friendly, he helped a lot , always answer and nice person , The apartment is located on a mountain and is surrounded by high stairs, so the elderly and people with special needs should be careful of that. Was a great experience

When I come to Kadikoy, the location is my preferred place in terms of cleanliness and comfort.

Everything was spotless, no problem with cleanliness The hot water in the bathroom is a little nuisance, but it was warm. The house was very hot on these cold days. Everything was enough. There is nothing missing, there is nothing dirty, you can stay with peace of mind.

The house was lovely, and I truly felt at home. Yassin was incredibly friendly and provided great assistance in finding shopping areas. His response time was excellent, always replying within five minutes. Everything, from the house to the communication and location, was perfect. I would highly recommend it ;))

The house has a lot of minor breakages, but the chic garden with a swimming pool and its own pier on the sea redeem all these minor shortcomings. We had a lovely time with our family. Both children and elderly parents were happy. The host is very friendly and polite, quick to respond to any questions we had.

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!

We had an amazing trip to Istanbul and Barbaros played a big role. On the first night we had dinner in his restaurant (had the best fish during my entire stay) and he took the time to annotate a map for our trip. His suggestions and experience were great and we made the most out of our quick trip thanks to him. It’s a great location and very close to the historic sites of Istanbul. Would recommend this for young people as the immediate area is quite hilly and the roads are unevenly paved.

Incredible apartment. It was way bigger than pictured and super spacious. The host was very accommodating of all our requests and was king enough to check in to make sure we’re happy. I will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

Great host and a place to stay!

The place was really beautiful. We felt right at home. The view was amazing and we had a lot of space for 3 people. Would definitely stay there again!

I stayed one night and the personnel inside the building was friendly and helpful. Real clean room with a great view just as described in the pictures. The building is well taken care of as well. Downside: the internet connection was slow.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Serkan's appartement. It is spacious and clean. The area (Yeniköy) is fantastic. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. You can go to the city center by ferry or by bus. Serkan is a great host. He regularly checks if everything is okay and responses quickly if you have questions. We would highly recommend to stay in his appartement.

This place was awesome! beautiful and super clean! Emrah gave perfect instructions and even give us a little more time to check out. we played the ps5 for several hours, used the huge jacuzzi, and the projector with surround sound was an absolute movie theater experience! Would definitely recommend the stay.
