The stay was great, the house neat, it's old but well cared for! As a suggestion, improve the kitchen utensils, the pans are old and an air fryer could not use because it released all the black part of the wall.. of the rest, everything ok!

The house is very cozy, clean and spacious. We went in 7 people and 2 pets and we were very accommodated. Dona Bete was requested and helped us when I needed it. Quick communication with everyone. Air conditioning in every room and works very well. Small but very cozy pool, clean and enough to use on the return of the Brotas tours. Chuveiros work well. Room TV with channels and in optimum operation. Automatic garage gate, making it easy to get in and out. Well located, in a noble region with beautiful houses. House protected with cameras, alarms all around.

The house is perfect for a family of up to 6 people, everyone sleeps comfortably. It has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and the barbecue. Ideal sized and warm pool. The cost benefit was excellent. Extra 2 min drive and 2 neighborhood markets 8 mins walking. Kika Lanches 10 mins walking and everything is very nice there. We will go back to Brotas because it was not possible to visit all the waterfalls, and this house will be absolutely priced!!! ahhh has air-conditioning in the bedroom and living room, and that makes a mega difference. :) Thank you and see you next time.

The house is just like in the listing. The Kitchen had everything we needed. The organic and recyclable garbage bins was essential for our organization. The space is very wide, airy and suitable for accommodating 6 people in comfort. We found the mattress of the double bed too soft, it sank too much, but this did not hinder our stay. The TV was equipped with Netflix, Prime Video and Google Play, which was of great joy to teenagers. The pool is outstanding and the water had a very pleasant temperature. Paulo was very helpful with everything we need. I would like to suggest an intercom in the house, to facilitate the reception of friends. I recommend the place and will definitely come back more often.

Rita is very friendly and kind...It helped us in everything we need and was flexible with our needs. The house is great, clean, well-equipped and the pool has wonderful water. The neighborhood is very quiet, you only hear noise from birds. It has an excellent market on the side, with everything you can imagine (marmita, horti, bakery, etc.). I recommend it easily and intend to come back more often.

Kasinha is very cozy. The outdoor space as well as gorgeous is ideal for those traveling with pets or children, very spacious, well-kept and extremely safe garden, with wall and automatic gate. The location is very easy to reach, close to the highway access. I only have to thank for all the attention of Marcelo, his wife Agda and Carlinhos, who welcomed us very well!

We reserved the house to spend a few days as a family, together with our 4-year-old daughter and our dog. The house was very clean and organized, with impeccable bedding. In addition, it is well ventilated and spacious. We were warmly received by Lizandra and her father, which made us feel at home. We'll be back more often for sure!

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Mrs. Lucia's home. The house had everything we needed, comfortable, good internet and a great backyard. There were fans in every room which helped a lot on hot days. Communication with the host was easy to communicate. Mrs. Lucia cared and was so kind in everything. Me and my family are so grateful.

Kleber is the host who knows what he's doing, and does everything to have you staying at his house again. New, modern property, fair spaces, well located, comfortable. If you want to stay near downtown Brotas (best restaurants), this is local. For know that all the tourist part of Brotas needs to go by car anyway. Thanks KIeber. See you next time.
