We loved the size of the bathroom and the heated floors. Nothing like warm floors when it is 30 degrees outside. Nice size common room, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Balcony was a nice touch too but just a little cold to sit outside. Bedroom with 2 single beds is all we needed. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and the espresso machine was nice. Aldi was about 5 minutes away and grab enough supplies for our 3 day stay. Really like Anton. He was super helpful and very proactive.

We had a great time at Marion's apartment. Everything was as described, plus super clean and furnished with attention to detail and small touches. We felt very comfortable and would stay there again and again. In addition, it was really nice to talk to Monika and her husband, we felt very welcome and as if we were with friends.

English Version: Petra’s Airbnb was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly friendly. The home is beautifully appointed and felt like home from the moment we walked in. Petra took the time to show us around, explain how the washer and dryer worked, and answer any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to all of my friends. The Airbnb is conveniently located right by the tram stop, with several bakeries, a butcher, and many other shops just around the corner. There are also restaurants within walking distance and easily reachable by tram. While this location is at the end of tram line 1, it takes only about 15 minutes to reach the center of Augsburg. We have family in town, and when we return, this will definitely be our first choice.

I just spent a month at this property and wanted to give some details. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with restaurants, some stores and a grocery store in comfortable walking distance. The train station with access to the S4 and S6 trainlines is a 10 minute walk. It's about 15 minute train ride to the heart of Munich. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, under-counter fridge, and microwave, and is well-stocked with plates, pans, utensils - anything you might need. I had family join me for 2 weeks and had to move to the hide-a-bed in the living room. It was the most comfortable pullout bed I've ever used. Lotta windows. Lotta natural light. Fast internet. Large smart TV in living room with local TV and the ability to access Netflix and other services if you have the subscriptions. Never had any lags. Nice size bathroom. Good heat and water pressure is shower. Host was responsive and friendly, but respected my privacy. I highly recommend the apartment.

We spent a weekend there as a group of 8 and it was perfect. Everything was very clean, there was nothing missing, we felt very comfortable from the beginning, too bad the days were up so quickly. The communication with Andreas was very easy at all times, and he was flexible with the departure time. Definitely a highly recommended place to spend time with family or group of friends.

Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

We had a great time staying here. The area is beautiful, and includes a private lake, trampoline, and sauna. It was a fairly easy quick drive into Munich. It was a great place to relax after a long day. We would thoroughly enjoy coming back someday.

The place was spacious and clean. Location is nice if you would like to be near Munich but not in the middle of the busy city! It was great for our family of 5 as a quick stop over in Munich area for a few days.

Lisa and Julian's place is very nice and quiet. The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and equipped with everything you need for a carefree and pleasant stay. It was all super clean and we were even warmly welcomed with a small welcome pack of drinks and small snack. Although the location is very good and close to the main road it is absolutely quiet and relaxing. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the tiny house.

The host was very responsive and offered to help for what we needed. We had every thing we needed in that apartment. The apartment looks really nice, modern, and clean. On top of that, the location is perfect to get around shopping areas and restaurants. Recommend!😍

We had a great stay in Dießen. The apartment is super central, you can reach everything you need very quickly on foot. Dagmar and Burkhard picked us up super friendly from the train station and handed us over to the great accommodation. It was spotless clean and everything you need is there 😃😃 gladly come back!!

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

Everything is perfect for order, cleanliness and accessories... the only advice from a colleague is to put shower enclosures in the bathrooms!!!!

This was the perfect spot for our Oktoberfest getaway! Close to public transportation and a beautiful, clean apartment. Flor was the perfect host. Would definitely recommend.
