Vacation rentals in Gaustatoppen

Had a pleasant stay in cottage. Despite the rain, we entertained with darts, maps, swimming, fishing kayaking hiking and more. Because of the weather, burning wood was pleasant. Beautiful location

We were 9 people (5 adults and 4 children). Kristine's house met all our standards of comfort and elegance, with a magnificent view of the mountains and lake. The location is really nice for nature lovers and children for hiking, tobogganing and skiing. We wanted to discover Norway in all its splendor, and now we have! Kristine is available and will advise you on what to see and do in the area. We 100% approved this house!!!😁

We had with 6 friends a great stay in the apartment! Everything practical around check in and check out was smooth and the place was clean and fresh as well as lived up to expectations. The view from the apartment was very nice and the living areas very good, so even those of us who did not ski all days could enjoy the environment. The hosts were also very helpful and quick in communication. I really recommend it and would love to come back!

Very cosy place and has a beautiful view. Very nice place to stay with the family or friends. You will find everything you need there. Host is friendly and response fast to your questions.

We started the year in this beautiful cabin with our two dogs, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Not only was it spotlessly clean and very well-equipped (e.g. espresso machine, waffle maker & a stand mixer), but we were also lucky to have lots of snow and were even provided with sleds by Anne. The sauna and the amazing location on the mountain (which felt like we had all to ourselves during the week) were simply breathtaking! We’ll definitely be back!

Really special place. Super cozy, nice and functionally furnished. The rooms are well divided with four similarly sized bedrooms on the 1st floor and a cooking and living area on the ground floor. Even with many people, the house is big enough to spend a great time with family and friends. Great location with bus connection and almost direct access to the cross-country ski trail and ski slope. Good communication with the hosts.

We had a last minute stay at this wonderful place and it was fantastic. The space was really clean and the layout worked out well for us and the children. The grill hut was a great addition as well as the jacuzzi, there were toys for the kids to sledge on and plenty of storage space. The views were fabulous and the roads were well gritted. Peaceful and beautiful.

Very nice cottage with fantastic views of Gaustatoppen. Close to lots of nice tours in the mountains. Comfortable beds, clean and tidy, cozy living room with plenty of room for food and hanging. Lovely patio with afternoon sun. We are happy to come here again even in the winter!

We were very enthusiastic about the accommodation and the location to the slopes with the possibility to ski in/out. Erik is a great landlord. He was always very quick to respond when we had questions. The check in/out was also uncomplicated and worked out super easy. We were here with 6 people, 1 dog and 2 cars. Parking is available and plenty of space for us in the house was also available. We'll be happy to come back here. Fantastic nice place. What a view. Quiet area with cross-country tracks around the corner. The jacuzzi is a big plus, definitely worth the money!

Wow. I can not express how wonderful our experience was over new year at Berit's beautiful cabin. The memories for myself and my family will last a lifetime. The cabin itself is cosy, warm, with simply amazing views. The beds are comfy and there is everything you need. Berit is a wonderful host - so incredibly friendly and responsive. She left some toys for our two year old that were so appreciated and he loved them. My children had so much fun playing in deep snow on the hill. The stroke of midnight was a treat to behold as the neighbouring farms set off fireworks in the snow. What a wonderful holiday. I can not thank Berit enough.

It was a wonderful experience being surrounded by the woods! So gorgeous and peaceful! Malin was very nice and responsive as well. Would love to visit again!
