Yailiany’s place was wonderful to stay! Very clean and the apartment smelled great! It’s in a good location with lots of shops and food stops around, and the area felt safe. Yailiany was very friendly and great at communicating! Would highly recommend staying here!

As soon as you walk in the space is welcoming, spacious and clean. The layout was great for us 3 adults who stayed. The patio/pool area was perfect to enjoy the weather both during the day and at night. The house is in a neighborhood but when you’re in the backyard looking at the water it truly feels like your own little island. Conveniently located, easy to find and simple directions from the host for entrance and exit. I highly recommend staying here!

Great location , very easy to communicate with I was staying here on business as I was working in siesta key. The room was surprisingly quiet as it is situated on a major road everything in the apartment work as it should everything was basically brand, new spotlessly, clean, and felt right at home !

Betsy’s place was the perfect location for our stay! The view of the water from our balcony was peaceful & beautiful. We enjoyed the beachy ambience inside, and everything we needed was provided. Short drive to beaches and many good restaurants. We would highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

We loved staying here. The bed was super comfortable, the space was air conditioned and was perfect and made visiting our family living in Fort Myers really lovely. We look forward to coming back.

Spacious home. Great pool and lanai area. Quiet neighborhood across from a trail with pond. Great area to walk the dog. Owners were very responsive to any inquiries we made. Bed was extremely comfortable! Home was clean. We would definitely return.

This was our third time staying in this home. We have always found it, comfortable, clean and peaceful. Richard is a great communicator. We would never hesitant to visit again!

Shawn is a wonderful host. Very communicative and flexible when needed for an extended check out time. The house was very clean and basics were included. The location is safe and quiet.

Cozy, comfortable, and clean! Great linens and beds. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need! Loved watching the birds in the backyard. We saw cardinals, and painted buntings! The owners even helped us, when we left something behind. Thanks for a great stay!

Should the need arise again we would definitely stay at Angel's place.

We had moved from out of state and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while we waited to close on the purchase of our house . The house was a perfect size for us. My husband had no problems with WiFi as he needed to work . The house met all our expectations, we enjoyed having our meals on the lanai at night and using the pool in the evening and watching the sunset while in the pool . It was brutally hot while we were there so most of our time was spent indoors. Everything was clean and comfortable . This is a silly aside but the ice maker was the bomb ! Always producing ice which we used alot of because it was so hot . The washer and dryer worked amazing as well . Charles was quick to respond to questions . We enjoyed getting to know the area and frequenting the nearby restaurants and enjoyed a sunset at Port Charlotte Beach Park . Nice stay all around .

Nice front driveway and parking area , nice back yard to sit and sun bathe, House was nicely set up , Church bells across the road rang every 15 min from 9-5 , and a fair bit of traffic on the road in AM , but a good location for us

Amy’s condo is darling. It was super clean which is really important to me. It was well supplied. Bedding was comfortable. Thoughtful extras were provided like beach towels and chairs, laundry soap, plenty of kitchen soap, etc. Her porch deck is screened and patio furniture was comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the harbor of boats. Make sure you go to the main entrance off Burnt Store Rd. to get into the gated community when you check in. We went to the entrance GPS led us to and it’s not accessible at night when our flight arrived. Nice pool, friendly people, next door is a store and a fun restaurant with good food, live music, bingo night, etc. Music from the restaurant can be heard from Amy’s deck but it ends by 9:00. It was a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend it.

It is a very nice condo, perfect for a couple, The view from the balcony is amazing, ideal beach view. Communication with Elizabeth was excellent, she is very responsive. Plenty of extra amenities she has for use while there, everything from beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels is a very nice touch.

this place is such a cute stay!! the place is exactly like the pictures posted. a great location for good restaurants and things to do within reasonable driving distance. francesco is a great host and responsive.

I visited Sarasota with my family for the first time. When I entered the accommodation, my consideration and cleanliness stood out. There are shops and marts in front of my house, and there are many amenities. If you go out for about 20 minutes, you can see beautiful beach. I stay safe and comfortable like my house. Thank you for making a happy and meaningful time with my family. It was a happy Christmas during my stay

Had a nice time, the sunny weather cooperating of course helped. The condo was clean and as described. Paul was very responsive on the few times I contacted him.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Conrad's place. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

The Cove was absolutely beautiful! The condo was stocked with everything you need to cook! The bedroom was comfortable, the bed a pillows were dreamy! When we arrived Jim jumped right in and helped with ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He is on-site most of the day and a very friendly host. Several walkable restaurants that have live music all day! A bonus convenience store and fresh shrimp a few docks over. Sadly there was a red tide, so we weren't able to use the beach, but that didn't take away from an incredible vacation. There was so much to see and do. We will definitely be back! Thank you Jim, for an amazing stay!

We loved our stay. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. The kids found all kinds of shells and sharks teeth. Lots of restaurants close to the property. Kids loved the pool on property. We have 6 in our family and and had plant of room for everybody. We would definitely stay at the property again.
