The apartment is nice and has spectacular light and views. It is also perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. A 10 for cleanliness. Luis and Antonio were attentive at all times. They answered our questions and offered us all kinds of suggestions. They were really helpful. We fell in love with the area and the house. We'll be back!

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation, he was very attentive to us during our stay. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

Carmen is a great host, always available, very friendly and hospitable, ready to help at any time. Very nice and helpful communication The apartment is as described, everything is great. Well-located apartment with all amenities available in a quiet residential complex. The apartment is well-equipped with good decoration and many touches by the owner. It is spacious and has a terrace with views. We had a very nice stay.

The Apartment was beautiful and right by the Beach. It was very clean and amazing Place! The Host was very forthcoming and gave recommendations for restaurants etc.

Bonjour, We stayed with my husband and 4 kids in this house with a great and large pool. The hosts are smiling and attentive and available for anything. Very beautiful house with everything at your disposal. Really recommend at 100 for 100!! Thank you for everything!

the house is very nice and very spacious. the rooms are very cool and at night you slept in glory. The two rooms give a terrace. Also the rooftop gives the view to the wonderful sea. Everything very well the location of the house is great 5 minutes from the beach and the urban center 10 minutes also. It has the health center 5 minutes away. Excellent treatment from Julia was very attentive to everything. I encourage you to come this luxury one.

We had an extended stay in this gorgeous villa. We loved everything about it and Carmen was the perfect host. She went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as she could and she always communicated well. The villa has a fabulous pool and garden area which was private and secure, and the house itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We shall definitely book here again. Carboneras is a typically Spanish town with very little English spoken, but the locals really appreciate you trying out the language and always try their best to make you feel welcome.

We had a great time at Carlo's lovely Cueva! Níjar is a gem of a town and the surroundings are beautiful to explore. Carlos was a great host, very responsive and super friendly and helpful. Would love to come again!

Absolutely fantastic apartment. That terrace is a slice of paradise 🤩 Olga was fantastic and communicated so fast and helpful. I absolutely recommend a stay here. The area is stunning too. Nice Airbnb! Everything as described and in the photos. We enjoyed very much in a nice place with a nice garden. Also well suited for a long stay (for the two of us). Nice location close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Ana is a nice host, very welcoming and easy to reach. We definitely recommend it.

I was a guest at Carmen's. Over the winter time super loving woman, apartment super everything you need. Less than 300 meters to the beach. Restaurant nearby 50 meters. A bus stop is also close. If necessary, I was very happy with everything. Gladly come again.

Under-stated, this accommodation was 💯 perfect. (Not walkable, but it didn’t say it was so I knew). Maria and Robert were perfect hosts, really helpful and responsive to all needs. There was absolutely everything available in the kitchen and bedroom etc. I could not fault anything. I think it was under-priced for what one got. It would not suit everyone though, I am a single triathlete and for me this worked brilliantly as I could come and go all day and just cook in the well equipped kitchen. I wanted for nothing for the whole 2 weeks. It was a fair way from Alicante, but not a difficult drive. Nothing was difficult. Just a brilliant 2 weeks triathlon training, pool 15 mins away and cycling and running just at the bottom of the hill. Flat roads, hilly roads a triathlete’s paradise. The photos do NOT do the place justice.

This truly is a gem. Very nicely tastefully decorated apartment. Parking at the front of the complex. Clear check-in instructions via video. Enjoyed the view and the sunrise. Small neighborhood super just up the road. The authentic Mojàcar is worth a visit. At the end of the boulevard there is a hiking trail towards the Castello de Macenas also you pass the rock the Nazoree.

The house was amazing and so comfortable with great facilities. We enjoyed the outside spaces, especially relaxing on the roof top terrace with sea views and wonderful sun rises. It’s a perfect location with so much to do. A car helped us explore further beyond beautiful Mojacar. Romaine is a perfect host and we were grateful for the whole experience, enhanced by Romaines support, evident right from the point of booking our holiday. It’s all perfect and the house is so tastefully put together, with everything you need for a perfect stay. We will return without a doubt! Don’t hesitate to book this lovely cute white washed authentic Spanish house. Until next time …

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

The apartment is great and we were very comfortable. The location is very good for visiting the entire area of Cabo de Gata and specifically Las Negras, which has a very good atmosphere and many options for bars and restaurants. Juan Jose was very attentive and kind and recommended local restaurants and activities. We'll be back!
